"Mannheim. One day in September 2021 on Thursday. My home after almost 14 years. I am not really <monnemer>, but I know when I can go where and when I eat or I thought to know. On Thursday the “Haus India” offers an Indian buffet for 13.90 in the evening. There are usually numerous appetizers, some main dishes and a sweet dessert. I was secretly hoping for mango cream. We're buying or we wanted to buy in the planks. But in Thalia there were my ordered “The Old” box not yet. “Not available yet,” angry. Only after that the compulsory frustration at the franchise chain of former American President Obama continues two entrances. Then a small loop runs around the water tower, but not quite so that we still pull a small arc around the "CC" through the eastern city. Then along the Friedrichsring at the end of the theater direction “Haus India” to finally bend in. Weren't we here yet? Right, but in order to be able to run the “Collini Center” once a day, every way is simply worth it (there are new to discover daily We stand in front of the restaurant, the Corona regulations are adhered to. A large window is constantly open (this was already guaranteed 90 minutes before fresh air. Outside it smells like this typical Indian flavor fragrance (I write here conscious aromas because I was in India a few years ago. I don't get 10,000 horses back because it smells like industry and exhaust gases. The well-known Mannheim industry “Choco Fragrance” of the chocolate factory in Mannheimer Jungbusch is mixed with the BASF in LU fruity fresh air. Here I guess what upset me at our last visits to other restaurants/star cuisine. No one was the ventilation system. Fresh air, air circulation, if I don't smoke, then at least 2x in the hour. Here, some of you can cut off a slice. In my humble opinion this should be controlled more often, but it is about the health of the guests and the health is the most important good of us people. Already at the entrance comes the big junior and welcomes us friendly. The mask fits over the mouth and over the nose. Before he disinfected his hands. He's asking for the certificate right away. Both vaccination certificates were precisely “controlled” so that we can choose a space in the open window. Great. We can also choose a table in the rear window area, he said, but then he has to open a second window. So I like it, but after “checking in” I looked at the buffet. That looked pretty empty. We get the card and note that there is currently no buffet on Thursday. Why and why this is not discussed. I think there's something to do with the minimum distance, but I'm not Jens Spahn and Professor Lauterbach. Does Lauterbach have something to do with our Heiner Lauterbach (known as Oscar Faust in the German criminal series? We study the map. Everything's great. Appetizers: Naan, Paan, Papadam. Lab and Tschab. I could try everything. All foods, whether appetizers or main dishes, can be prepared on request mild, picant, sharp or Indian. I like sharp. Not my companion. Her first Indian visit was over 20 years ago when she ordered something extra mild and couldn't eat the dish. This made clear that this should not be their favorite kitchen. Since I have tasted very privately, often also try new chili and pepper varieties to try new flavors (a perfect flavor medium for fruit notes that we go more often “Asian” food. It was always like that. As a breeder I stayed in the Ruhrpott (if I was nearby, there was no Chilli or Currywurst championship. Once I even came to the quarter final, but there was a sauce with 150,000 Scoville evening. I don't have to compare; Red Tabasco Sauce 3000 5000 Scoville, green 2000 3000 (danke hbeermann, there is still the Habanero with only 10,000 and a hot pepper tabasco sauce with 80,000. But all this is not really sharp. In my Guinness book of plates there is a Blair sauce with more than 16 million Scoville. After Adam Riese, this “Teufels Sauce” (FSK 18 is almost 3200x as sharp as red tabasco . My better half remains on the vegetarian menu. Papadam with three different sauces (I love sauces, then various vegetarian and vegan vegetables, baked in a chickpea or soup by type of house, then as main dish various vegetarian main dishes (I still remember spinach with Indian cheese as dessert mango cream!!!) What? Yeah, mango cream. I don't like Mango at all. But I find mango cream good. A cousin of mine has a nut allergy, but like to eat strawberries. There are things. Well, are some gastroguide inexperienced thinking, hae? Vegetarian and vegan vegetables? Isn't every vegetable vegan? Short answer with 4 letters: No!!! Therefore, I cannot fully understand this “vegan commerce” that is currently in ZDF. The vegetarian also feeds “vegetarian”. A vegan should live like that. To do without anything that contains copper (no TV, no phone, etc.). He gives it all out. But he has an e-bike. When I last mentioned it, he said that he committed to 100% vegan electricity fed into the net. This is sun and wind. Good. But he always has a suitable answer to everything. Professor of Biology and works at BASF. Live with me in the house and not in the Collini Center. There are enough professors. Back to us. We're sitting there and still don't know what to take. I would like to go to Desserts, there is a similar menu on the back. But instead of the many variations of vegetables at the appetizer and at the main course there are reduced vegetable content and a bit of chicken and a bit of lamb. Sounds tempting. Sounds super exciting. More exciting than the new James Bond in the cinema. It comes the service, we both take the Shahi Tali menu (39,90 for 2 people and enjoy the tranquility and tranquility in the restaurant. Apart from us there were two tables, the acoustics were perfect. We look through the open window view from the square to the theatre, it already has something. Someday I want to live in East City. I have deliberately written East City and not “Collini Center” otherwise the Borgi would have slept back the face; we are served “Papadam”. On a white plate comes crispy, thin lens bread paper. Just like before, when we had 10 pennies in our pants and were allowed to buy Eat paper. There was no cell phone, no Google, then the Earth was still a bullet. That was so crispy. But the Papadam was very sharp. There were three sauces: 3 horny dips that had it in themselves. At first my wife tried the “sweet acid” >Mango< sauce (as on the card that was sweet but had already >bumms <. After that she broke a piece of bread and made a cappuccino spoon of green wasabi(?????? cucumbers avocado cream on it. I thought, “That’s too much,” she got a red head and took air. In the map stood “pikant”, the sauce brought a tiny tingling into my nose. Maybe a hint of tingling. But very good taste. Then there was another kind of yogurt. It was very good. Then the appetizer: vegetables and fish and chickens wonderful. I think that was butterfish or Zander. To do this, cauliflower and chicken breast. Kichererbsen were then baked in Panko-Teig. Everything was kind of covered with dough, but everything was double. I thought it was great, because the menu was for two people. When ordering, I asked if I would get the lenses Dal separated to try and additionally I would like to have the menu “pikant”, but my wife “mild” because the lady said that was no problem. The cook still makes us a pot with “sharp” sauce, which is for most guests who want to mix really enough (there is still a higher degree of sharpness . The soup was a dream. A spicy stepp One tasted the lenses foreground. Then starch, spices and light sharpness. Also the soup had a lot of power (acid was nicely costed. My companion also said that she didn't know what to take next time. Soup or the juicy-coated delicacies. The best of both. After that came a large, really large plate, with many treats: menu for 2 persons Chicken Tikka Massala, Chicken Birjani (with the Birjani spices I privately refine my rice if I want it fruity, Lamb Tikka, lentils Dal, Yoghurt Minz Dip, mixed piclets as well as my extra sharp sauce. BOMBE! I could have put myself in every pot. Chicken Tikken Masala. Very sharp, but not sharp. At the first moment you taste coriander, then Bockshorn, Cumin and light ginger cinnamon note (no Andi, my palate is not grounded by too much TK pizza, on the contrary, as it should be. Cicken Birjani. Something changed. As a rule, rice, which is previously roasted in the Birjani powder, is in the sauce. But the pot consisted of chicken, some vegetables and fruity Birjani sauce. Also with pep, but very fruity. Note: I regularly buy Birjani to the Turks. Let it together with rice and the next day with cut meat cheese, fine rolls of salami (preferably the Saletti bars and sweet acid cucumbers, vinegar and oil, is an absolute hammer salad. The salad can be seasoned with oysters and fish sauce. Try this, think of me. Note II: Perhaps the operators here of Gastroguide should consider a new category? “Corona Requirements” implemented? Or should we get users to do this with cleanliness? Lamb Tikka was delicate lamb fillet (in yogurt 24 hours and grilled in tandoor, with a very spicy sauce. On the order we gave the wish “completely mild”. The dish was in itself very spicy and finely lubricated. My better half always has a red head, she didn't read it, but she sweated. She ordered a “Mango Lassi” for neutralization. I sprinkled from the hot sauce into my sauces. The extra sauce was very sharp. Perfect for mixing. I would say that to the ordinary consumer. But I wondered that the kitchen has this for me. In addition to the airy rice, there is rice baby, which has tasted very well and also untypical has seen some salt, yet large Naan bread class added Naan bread. This was used to oily (but not greasy and super baked. That the sharp sauce had to end an absolute dream (in the end everything was empty and only sharp sauce was there. There were still MANGOCREME. Class Mango Cream Jahhhhhhh, I had it completely for me because my better half was still busy with her mango Lassi. GEIL! Conclusion: Indisch for me a new reference LIGA, where I want to go to the Mannheimer „Taj“ in the evening and from there already know the lunch table. There is (viewed from the outside, the ambience is even more glamorous. Also the top of Marc074, the “Red Chillies” in Landau I have to look at myself. But the bar is pretty high. Recommendation.</monnemer>"

"Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft, als Vorspeise haben wir Chorizo gewählt. Nach dem ersten Biss hätte ich dies am besten als grosse Portion als Hauptspeise gegessen da es so lecker war!Hauptspeisen waren auch sehr sehr lecker: Chicken Quesadilla und Relenno mit Steak Streifen. Bedienung war auch völlig in Ordnung und die Terasse ist sehr stimmungsvoll. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder! :)"
