"Me and my sister took our kids to eat here today and we were almost done eating and my son noticed something crawling on my neice face I got up and looked and it was a roach. It was crawling on her cheek. My sister nicely went to the manager at the counter and nicely informed that they had a roach problem. And she was told they just had it sprayed. What is upsetting we got looked at like it was our fault, no apology no nothing. My sister said but there was a roach on my babies face. And she still didn't even say nothing. And as we were getting out stuff together another one fell off the ceiling onto the floor in front of me. We ate there all the time. We didn't mind paying for the food, but a simple im sorry, or even a little reaction of caring would have been appreciated."
