"We waited a short time for a table because there was no urgency at the host booth. Our server was nice and friendly, but it wasn't the fastest. My first rollup had a hair in it. The second was rolled in a dirty leash. Spoke with the manager, and he got me a clean set so I could just eat. The appetizer Combo was 't the best since the skin was completely overcooked and dry, and it was just a shortage of appetizer in general and then a fly flew into the sauce and then simply cooled there on the plate. She asked if we were done, and we advised her that we didn't want to look at the fly and removed the plate. I hacked the Road Kill Steak, not knowing that it is now differently prepared than years ago. Fortunately, I got a real steak for dinner against a Hamburgerpatty. My friend even made the comment, why do you have such terrible luck? If the manager hadn't been on the ground, I'm not sure that any of my problems had been resolved as quickly as they were. If you spend money to eat after a nine-hour shift, mediocre food and service are not on my list. I haven't eaten in the roadhouse for years, and unfortunately I doubt I will ever return."

"Just purchased from here and found not one but two stands of blonde hair on my giga fries. I wasn?t surprised though since a customer complained about the same issue while I waited on my order. At least that person got a replacement, I left the mall and do not have a way to get a hold of them."

"Chili’s has always steady service our waitress was slow to find at the beginning, so after I had waited about 15 minutes, I had to ask the hostess who was our waitress once we thought that the service was really well ordered my steak medium well, but it came a little too pink overall it was nice"

"If you visit and when you do make sure you ask for Brooklyn! She definitely made our experience the best! We've been here several times due to it being the closest one to our home, but today was just amazing! Working in the sales/customer service industry I appreciate a smily face and upbeat attitude! When I tell you we went without wanting I mean literally there was not a moment she missed a beat, even on a busy night like tonight (Friday evening). Thank you so much Brooklyn for our experience tonight!! Will definitely be back and ask for you!"

"My husband and I ordered afteros. Very good! We visited during dinner on a Friday night. It was pretty busy. I took this as a good sign that many people liked it. The staff was very friendly. We say outside on the terrace. I loved it. As expected with the masses, the food was slow to come. You kept our drinks great. Could have had more chips and salsa waiting. We went to dinner with my parents and sister. My dad decided to try this place again. He and my mother had eaten there a few weeks ago and had a strange experience. My father ordered a meal, decided he was still hungry and ordered a second. Again decided that he was still hungry and ordered a third. Instead of getting the third meal, the cook came out to tell him that he didn't need so much food, and would not give it anymore. Honestly, I thought the food and service were great. The place is clean with a good atmosphere. You can even keep the fort during work. We're going back there!"

"We arrived at a minute before two (which is when lunch ends) and were seated promptly. We received our drinks quick but everything went south from there. We understand short staffed, we understand food needs to be cooked but what we don’t understand is why there were so many people wandering around who could have been helping in the dining room? We received three of the four meals within about 5 minutes of each other and the fries were cold. The last meal was received about 15 minutes after the three but at least the fries were warm. We weren’t ever asked how the meal was until the server asked if we needed anything else and we asked for a milkshake to go with no whipped cream. The shake came but was almost was given to another table by I the person clearing tables. We then waited another 15 minutes for the check and finally gave up and went to the cashier who asked for our check. Our server then came up and handed the check to us. Would never recommend nor will we go again."
