"They NEVER have baked potatoes, reminds me of McDonalds not having ice cream. Also went here for the baconator on a pretzel bun. They dont have them. Just regular bun. Im seeing a theme here, Wendys promising stuff they cant deliver on. Also the drive thru always takes FOREVER even if you are the only one in line.Parking: Awkward to drive around and not enough spaces."

"What a horrible experience! I ordered the Loaded Omelet on the Frisco bread. First off, my sandwich was not at all was it was advertised to be at all!!! Like I don’t know what that was that I had and everyone around me agreed! Hardee’s is not the cheapest yet for my first experience it was horrible. The food didn’t even taste up to par. I’m not satisfied and I will be reaching out to corporate. I didn’t even have my Hash Rounds. I will NEVER recommend Hardee’s to anyone, ever"

"Update:Owner was very quick to reach to correct the previous experience, and all here including waiting staff are very friendly. ordered the pad thai with huh today tasted as I remembered it, a lot taste, a lot huh and easy one of the top Thai place in monroe. my other favorite is her panang curry. it is served with rice and comes into the big to-go container. I have seen other restaurants giving only half a size to go for the same price. in any case worth a visit!"

"Went in specifically to get a patty melt for lunch because it had been a couple years since I had one. Not at all what I remembered. The staff was friendly provided pleasant service. The kitchen seemed to be complete chaos, it was so many people back there. The sandwich was semi fresh barely had the special sauce which to me is what makes the patty melt. I got a root beer it was flat, tried the strawberry soda, also flat had to settle for sweet tea which was not fresh either. The fries were fresh hot."
