"The floors are very grease covered. You can see the filth under the machines from the front counter that nobody has moved or cleaned. Our food took over half an hour. There was only 1 person ahead of us. How is this supposed to be fast food when this place can't even handle more than 2 orders at a time on a Sunday. I recommend closing the whole thing and starting over."

"This place used to be pretty good. Now it's a toilet. Food was mushy, meat was fatty, restrooms were disgusting. I only went because it's local. Now when I want Mexican, I'll make the trip across the bridge and go to Los Loros on Baymeadows. They're a THOUSAND times better, very authentic, guacamole to die for, and margaritas are perfect! The Nope is exactly that a great big NOPE."

"Best Burger joint in Riverside IMHO. On this day I ordered just a basic Burger and Nacho Fries. The fries come with chili, cheese sauce slices of raw Jalapenos. I put a few of the Jalapenos on my burger since there were so many. Overall a win/win for dinner!"

"Went through drive through and waited 20 min.. finally got my food and it was wrong and missing items. The drive thru line was still wrapped around the building. Tried to walk in but they had the door locked. We attempted to call several times before the “manager” finally answered. We advised of the missing items and he said the lobby is closed go back through the drive thru.. So waited another 20 min in the drive thru line. Finally get to window again, and she didn’t even apologize, she slammed the door window said I need a large fry and swing the window back open and handed it out without saying a word. If you can’t perform your simple job then quit.. customer service has went down hill! Whatever they are being paid is too much for the type of poor customer service and just complete lack concern. Poor management and poor quality. No wonder why Wendy’s is closing left and right.."

"Our food took a while to arrive, and when it did, we got our entrees before our appetizers . My Chili was very spicy/salty and had no beans whatsoever, I’m not sure if the recipe changed but the new one is just horrible, I had one spoon and couldn’t eat it. My kid had a kids meals and we were charged $3.09 for a lemonade that should’ve been included with her kids meal. Otherwise our burgers were big, juicy, and delicious."

"We got garlic parmesan, Cajun rub, and orange flavored wings. All were good. The garlic breaded cheese side was yummy. And garlic herb noodles were very good. Our daughter loved the orange wings. The only downside was I felt the fries were too salty."
