"Name of Pub: The Captain James Lang Date Visited: 26-07-2021 08:00 Receipt Number: 45/4600 Bill Amount: 27.65 Feedback: When the meal I ordered arrived the egg was missing when I pointed it out to the server he asked me was I sure I ordered the large mixed grill it came back with one solid egg and still missing 2 onion rings when I pointed this out he said he would send it up again to the kitchen as the others we’re almost there meal I declined and asked for a refund was refunded the meal money but charged for a hot chocolate I would not have had if not waiting for my meal so I am now leaving your restaurant hungry and having to make my self something to eat when I get home this has been a really disappointing evening for me and both my family members Complained to duty manager nothing was done about it complained to Wetherspoon direct here is there answer..... "Her Sunday menu has absolutely no vegan options apart from suppe and beside meals. do you have to think that vegans don't eat on Sunday? Nevertheless, the manager was really good and helpful, gave us a feedback card and he really seemed to want to make the place better, but it is part of a chain so that who knows who is actually responsible for the menu."

"Back from the bollywood lounge and what a meal! at the first visit the bollywood lounge and can say that it will not be the last. when entering the restaurant, the decor and ambiente is the first thing they notice, and it was beautiful and immaculate clean, the staff was very attentive, without being in their face, so that they can enjoy their meal without constantly being asked if everything was ok. the menu has a fantastic selection and my mouth was just reading it! I had the garlic mushroom poori and it was beautiful, followed by chicken tikka makhni masala, which I can only describe how heavenly was the garlic naan. what a small gem of a restaurant they wish only in the west end of glasgow"
