"Always love little richards bbq, but that was my first time at this place. I had the BBQ salad with hushpuppies, which is almost more food than they can treat. the spudzilla looked pretty good, I could try next time. no waiting time was good."

"If you like quality authentic tacos this spot should be on your list. The service was amazing and the lunch special hit the spot. I throughly enjoyed the chicken and steak soft tacos. Make sure to ask for the homemade hot sauce! It’s on point... mouth watering and very reasonably priced. I’ll certainly be back again."

"If you want to feel a bit like you are at Appalachian State University but can’t actually BE there, then make a little drive to Boone Doggies in Yadkinville, where you will be immersed in everything ASU. Heavily adorned with ASU regalia and memorabilia (even the menu items are named after iconic ASU/Boone/High Country places and things), Boone Doggies glows with the esprit de corps of the Mountaineer Nation. And they make a scrumptious lunch for you to enjoy as well. I’m actually going to start with the fries. Hand cut and perfectly salted, they were FANTASTIC—among the best fries I’ve ever had. They are thin, approaching shoestring dimensions, but that means more surface area...and more surface area means more flavor! The burger was also excellent—hot, juicy, and flavorful. Toppings were fresh and excellent. The hot dog all the way was delicious—chili was excellent, slaw was very good, but the dog could have used a touch more mustard. I’m nitpicking. All of this is served up by a very friendly and gracious staff that truly works as a team. The only negative I noticed is that the restaurant is small and pretty loud inside. This should not deter you. It certainly won’t deter me. Definitely worth a trip!"
