"Absolutely terrible service tonight from Antep. Myself and my partner order from them at least one a week. Always had good food and service tonight we ordered our food which was confirmed at 9.35pm we waited untill 10:45pm to ring them assuming they were just busy. The manager (Eddie he said his name was) said it was on the door step we checked and there it was on the front door step no message telling us it was on its way no knock at our door no phone call as they claimed we didn’t answer, so they rang us we received no phone calls and they were unwilling to resolve the situation. My partner now quite angry and upset with the service provided asked for proof that they tried to ring us as we had been sat waiting was then sent a picture via WhatsApp which told us the name was actually Erdal of our food on the door step the light clearly on through the window so there was definitely no attempt to knock there is a fully working doorbell also. They also told us the food was delivered an hour ago which would have been 10 minutes after ordering which is not possible since we live more than 10 minutes away and they would have had to prepare the food.We are very unhappy with this and definitely will find somewhere else to give our custom to it’s quite disgusting. As you can see by pictures attached."
