"Love this place! A real Ashland institution for many decades. It is a classic old-school dinner vibe here, and the menu has tons of tasty comfort food far beyond the standard tariff for a burger connection. And since Ashland is, there are even vegetarian and vegan choices. My favorite part is how friendly and welcome everyone is here, they really put the customer first. Call your order if you're in a hurry, it doesn't matter. Look at DoorDash."

"I was in this restaurant a few times. It's my friends' favorite restaurant in Ashland. We love the lavender lemon drops! We also love all healthy options. Today was the first time I ever delivered it. My work (Butler Acura ordered us lunch today and oh my, it came so fast! We all loved what we ordered and it was as cool as they delivered it for free! This can ultimately become a regular thing we do."

"Omg this place is AMAZING! They have a cheeseburger down to a fine science. To a to choose from as well. The mustard sauce is messy so make sure you have your napkins. Super large burger, tons of cheese, tomatoes, onions, pickles and lettuce too. Very generous servings, you can split one easily but you won’t want to share lol. Tater tots are good, fry sauce is better. We highly recommend taking a minute off the I-5, hwy 99 drive to stop at Big Al’s! And don’t forget a fantastic peanut butter milk shake, they use crunchy peanut butter and it’s great!!"
