"Visited pony for our Christmas function. the escape and dessert were nice, but unfortunately those of us who ordered the fish for the first were disappointed as it was very dry and overcooked. others enjoyed their main meals. can be ready to try again, but order something else from the menu."

"Not the best but also not the worst pho l've had. I think l wanted a bit more flavour in the pho. It just lacked something. Also l hate it absolutely hate it when take away places like this charge you 50 cents for chilli. I think it should be included. Anyway l am but giving up on this place yet. In fact would love to try their banh mi. It was definitely the most popular choice and it looked great. I had food envy for sure."

"Absolutely delicious food, friendly service and nice atmosphere. The duck spring rolls were delicious as well as the mains we consumed with joy, Gang Dang Gai (chicken curry) and the Pad Pra Ram Gai (chicken and peanuts). Food was fresh, very tasty and served in a timely manner. Great wine list as well."

"One of our absolute favourite places to go, unfortunately relocated a bit further out of the CBD but still close enough. I give it a high rating because it follows what's most important to me: You can crave it, they will always satisfy you (in flavour and quantity), and it never worries us whether we can afford having it.<br>

Kadoya's best feature is that it's always worth the money, you're never left dissatisfied neither with quantity or quality of food.<br>

They have an assortment of popular Japanese style dishes, but definitely their most important dishes are the Curry katsu chicken and pork; their curry sauce is always perfect and the customisable amount of heat is very helpful. Your typical serving comes with plenty of rice, a small side of salad with vinagrette, some pickled ginger for the heat and a nice quality serving of crumbed chicken or pork. <br>

It's important to remember that with every full dish you can add a Ramen or Udon at a heavily discounted price, so you can transform your $11 chicken into a $16 ramen soup plus chicken curry two course meal.<br>

I also am a big fan of their tempura because it's always perfectly crispy and the vegetables are very well cooked, the carrots end creamy and sweet and the prawns have this fabulous coating, they're also always fresh (no fishyness!). <br>

The Ramen/Udon aren't perfect, but they're a good price and a lot of people seem to be happy to go there for it as well. Please be aware Ramen is definitely popular, but quite a few arent as happy with the Udon, so you may want to avoid it. <br>

This place is crazy popular with UberEats and Deliveroo and with uni students because of their price to quality ratio. <br>
<br>
The locale itself is so-so, sadly it isn't the best decorated but instead more encouraging to have a quick meal and chat and leave; staff are always very, very polite though."

"Ate here recently for the first time since it was Little Singapore, a little hesitant after seeing the reviews but I left happy. It’s nothing fancy or gourmet but it’s a good meal that’s cheap and fast. The host who seated us was lovely and really took care of us. To start we got some vegetarian spring rolls we got to share. I think they were full of potato and corn so they were quite sweet and mushy, I much prefer them when they’re full of cabbage, glass noodles, mushroom etc. so I wouldn’t order those again. For our mains my friend ordered a mi goreng (extra spicy) and it did not disappoint; usually when you ask for it hotter it still isn’t satisfactory but this was full of fresh chilli, just the right amount, and the dish was served piping hot. I got the bbq pork and duck noodles which were really tasty, the only let down was that it said spicy on the menu which it was not. "Went there on a Saturday night as I'd heard good things about it. Place was pretty full and had a good vibe. I ordered a lemon, lime and bitters $7) which was the best I've ever had- outstanding. For my meal I had the ravioli... $23). The tomato sauce was excellent but the pasts itself was not fresh, was slightly undercooked, and the meat filling was uninspiring. But the biggest issue was the portion size- it was more like an entree than a main. The wait time were reasonable given how busy it was, and my companions all enjoyed their meal. I'd certainly go back but would order a different main."
