"The worst service ever . The two ladies one claiming to be the manager, was very rude and unprofessional! This place knew they had a party coming and failed miserably! First off it took 2 1/2 hours to get our food! Secondly not one person got a refill! Orders were wrong and made incorrectly! After two hours of waiting we all were getting upset! A few of our people walked over to the liquor store because we were on a time frame! Took a party bus from Toledo to Cleveland to eat at this restaurant and absolutely regretted every bit of it! So people walked over to the liquor store to save time while still waiting on our food and one of the other workers rudely was putting her hands in everybody face asking for payment mind you we have yet got our food! She stood there repeatedly demanding cards and cash from people! This whole restaurant was a joke! A waste of our time and money! Over 1000$ trip for horrible service ! And what’s worse we rented a party bus to come there so we all know that’s payed based on time/ hourly ! Didn’t have 2 1/2 hours to wait on food on top of rude employees ! Who ever the owner is, this is probably the reason why Your business is not very successful! Find you a new team who actually cares about your BUSINESS AND MONEY!"

"Service was bad. Made a reservation for oâclock. Had a friend coming in from LA who wanted to go to a cool restaurant in Cleveland. Picked her up from the airport and arrived at the southside at Waited a few minutes to get seated at a table right behind the reservations desk at the front door. I shouldâve asked for a window seat near the fireplace. No big deal. Waited minutes even though we were feet from the receptionist for a server to come. Had to ask someone if we could get a server. She arrived took our drink order. Told us minutes later they were changing out the Christmas ale keg it would be right there. At Asked what else we wanted- to drink as they were having keg problems so she brought one Christmas sale in a glass. Without the sugar and cinnamon as ordered. It was flat. Still all OK had to pick other drinks to have even though we were looking forward to the Christmas Ale -great Lakes having had somebody come in from out of state. We ordered our food and drinks at the same time and since it had been minutes and hadnât received the drinks the food came before the drinks. So much for the relaxing pre-dinner cocktail/ale. The grilled romaine salad was excellent however it was extremely hot as in heat quotient as compared to other times I had ordered it. Having a Northeast Ohio cold I still liked it. But our LA friend and my husband could need it as it was too hot. The fried chicken sandwich was also wonderful. As was the pasta.. we were never asked how things were. I think we shouldâve been given a comp something or a drink or something for never receiving our order drinks. Overall food is good. But the service so it was so bad especially having made a reservation for a special occasion it certainly did not enhance our experience. But was just OK and obviously would never take them back there again."

"I’ve been going to this place for years. It’s like the homemade version of chipotle and feels healthier. The food always seems to be fresh. You can ask for a stamp card, and on your tenth plate or burrito, you get a free plate or burrito. It’s also really affordable, a bit cheaper than chipotle actually."

"I love Vietnamese food and have had Bun with pork many times. I think this was missed some of the touches that I’m used to. Fresh mint has typically always been apart of the equation.I could eat there again, but would try another place before I’d make this my go too.I expected the jasmine tea to be more jasminey"

"We had visited two generations: my father, when he was a CSU student who had accused the old hot dog inn, and then I, who enjoys a well cooked hot dog for cheap. I had sourded, ketchup and slept and it was delicious. we have 3 hot dogs for $6 and they can't beat that. Although my father was sad that his old place was bought in '87, he still said that these hot dogs were great!"

"So obsessed with this delicious restaurant. Fun fact I traveled to Nepal in 2018 so I can tell you this food is always making me recall that trip fondly. I love the Momos! I love the samosas too and all of the dishes. This place always kills it. Very consistent. Flavors are on point. So glad to have this amazing restaurant in our neighborhood. A+!!"
