"The restaurant is located in the first floor of the hilton hotels. the main hall has a magnificent view of the women's church, the tables are large, quite far from each other and the chairs are comfortable. we were served by a very nice Sicilian waiter who was generous with rats. we had an appetizer, kalbscarpaccio with balsamico vinegar and sweet and a main dish, saltimbocca alla romana with spinat and bratkartoffeln. the wine card is large enough and cheap for germany. at the end we were more than satisfied."

"A Monday night to be remembered. Due to the annual change-over of the President friends and partners of the Inner Wheel Ladies were invited to this location. Ofcourse they were quite lucky about the wonderful conditions for the outdoor reception when starting the event. We...enjoyed the Champagne and small talk before we were seated inside. The three course menue was deliciously presented. The restaurant service managed a smooth transition to the official transfer of power from the leaving President to the elected next President. Review of the last twelve months and preview of the coming periode offered detailed impressions of the social activities of the club members, of their specific ways of fundraising for supporting the youngsters and families in need. The dessert of special ice with chilli or chocolade mousse concluded the evening to a real nice experience."

"After the disappointingly unspicy level 7 currywurst at Curry 24 (it was still good, just not spicy), I was looking for something more challenging, and thus discovered the 4.4 million scovilles one at Burgerhotline. I should have known something was up when the staff asked me 3 times whether I was sure I wanted to do this. Or when she explained no one ever enjoyed it. Or perhaps I was required to sign a waiver. Or at least when she prepared the currywurst wearing gloves. But oh no, I had to go ahead and order anyway. By the time the wurst was ready, the restaurant stunk of that distinctly burning smell that only the hottest of chilli can emanate. Being a 12 year veteran of living in Asia, I wasn't scared. Well, maybe a little.The first bite was fine, the 2nd was not a problem. Then the burn started to kick in, and with each successive bite the burn spread through my body like a wild fire. By the time I was finished there were tears in my eyes, my nose was running, and my nerves were shaking. This my friends is the real deal. A firey currywurst like no other I have experienced. Needless to say I felt the burn a second time the morning after. If you enjoy extremely spicy food, or the feeling that you might spontaneously combust at any moment, the level 7 currywurst at Burgethotine is for you."

"I had dinner here on my own while on a business trip in Dresden. It was just round the corner from the hotel I was staying in and only a minute walk from the Frauenkirche. I had a couple of dark beers and the...steak with gorgonzola sauce and penne pasta. The food was excellent although a good vet could have got the steak back on its feet as it was very rare. Interestingly enough I was not asked how I would like the steak so that is the default doneness be aware if you do not like it that rare. I can eat steak that way and it was very nice but it could put a lot of people off. The service was ok but nothing to get excited about not too good but not bad. I would certainly consider going back as the food tasted great."
