"I’m not a local, but was staying in the area and looking for a good traditional Italian meal. After reading some recent reviews it seems like new owners and change to an existing format had some locals second guessing. I decided to give it a go anyway and had a great experience. The service was brilliant especially our waitress Jess who was energetic, attentive and knowledgeable. Hold onto her great staff are hard to come by and she is one who represents your business brilliantly. The food was very nice tasty, nice serving sizes and better quality than I expected when choosing this restaurant overall I was very happy with the value for money! To the locals keep giving this restaurant a go I know change is always difficult, but based on what I’ve experienced elsewhere for the market this restaurant is aimed at, I think it’s well above average. Thank you for a great meal and brilliant service That’s Amore! And thank you Jess for brilliant service throughout!"

"Don’t know what the bad reviews are on about... Really great food! Great service. Wasn’t to busy so service was fine. The burger I got was the karaage kamikaze and was huge! For $17 I think it’s worth it if your paying for quality and...size! Will keep coming back no doubt!"

We have been staying at the marriot for years now and every year we return Nobu has made our nights dining out at either Benihana or Citrique wonderful. Remembering us and...our names every year and sharing laughs and great experiences with Nobu has made each time we return to the Marriot something very special and nostalgic for us and I thank him for that. "I have no idea how this place got so many good reviews. Admittedly the place was busy when we were there but the service was terrible. When we eventually got served there was a limit of one menu for the whole table. The menu did not have adequate explanations about what the food was and it was impossible to further descriptions of the food as the waiting staff were too busy to attend to us. We couldn't get their attention despite them walking by repeatedly. The food came out in dribs and drabs with the first person being served their main course at least 30 minutes before the last person got their main course. The food itself was awful. In one of the pasta dishes the pasta was extremely undercooked and was almost raw and the sauce was bitter. The bruschetta (see picture below) was not a bruschetta and it was covered with this unpleasant cooked tomatoish mush. My pizza was probably the worst pizza I ever have had. It was topped with an assortment of warm raw/undercooked vegetables that were extremely bitter and unpleasant. The base was soggy and tasted terrible."
