"Ordered online, only supplied half the order. Did not care when called. Admitted they had the order in full when pushed but refused to accept they failed to for full the order. The quality of the sub was far below what I would expect from a subway. If you have to use this subway make sure you do it in person."

"Visited again today, 25th September, whilst spending a couple of nights away on the island. Both occasions that we visted, the staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. We popped in for lunch on Saturday, received a warm welcome and lunch was good. Decided to make the most of the September sunshine and had a lovely Sunday Lunch in the garden. All of the staff were so very welcoming. Two lads and a lady were on and you honestly couldn't fault the service. Definitely an asset to the Pub, in addition to the amazing food. Thanks."

"One portion of chip in tray up from £1.50 to £1.80 then to add insult making the tray smaller. Would not recommend any more. Owner. Keep your customers, don't rip them off."

"We went to the grill shack for our Granddaughters 6th birthday. The staff really looked after us from start to finish and the food was first rate and excellent value for money. We will visit and order from them again."

"AWFUL! January this year I ordered a takeaway for my family from this restaurant as I was recommended by a friend. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again, an hour and a half delivery turned into a 3 HOUR wait and when the food arrived it was STONE COLD. The staff on the telephone repeatedly told me the food was out for delivery each time I called but when the driver arrived he told me it was only given to him 15 minutes before. I demanded a refund from the manager who avoided contact with me and a month later I have still not received a refund for the 3 hour wait and stone cold food that was delivered whilst my family were starving. DO NOT waste your money! The staff do not care about their employees or their customers."

"Ordered from here tonight and must say what a waste of time. Chow main my sister in law had was cold and curry sauce watered down. Was told to just pop it in microwave and deal with it. No offer of refund or exchange. Will never use again and will tell others. Use another place.... not this one"
