"Just Baked by Tripti is a food joint in New Shimla. Here you will be served with a variety of Indian traditional vegetarian cuisines and moreover a lot of bakery products like cakes, pastries, biscuits and chocolates. The joint has two floors and also comfortable seating. Couches are also provided. It was really a nice experience dining in Tripti."

"Amazing food!!! The taste was Excellent, thin crust pizzas, loaded with cheese and toppings. Reasonable rate for pizzas and drinks. They even provide you unlimited oregano, chilli flakes and sauce as in contrast to other pizza outlets Not very spacious, but adequate for a group of 2-6 people."

"One of the best bar and lounge in shimla! it is located in the lakkad bazar. the family restaurant and the bar serves them amazing food and drink. I and my wife went there in December and it was ice cold. waiter and bar channels were very polite and nice, they made us comfortable by offering us a heating. we had a few drinks from old monk and ordered some fries and afghani chicken, huh was amazing. the prices were normal, not too high. about a good experience, do that!"

"The staff was very very cooperative and helpful. The veg options were too good as well as the service was quick. In non veg, we ordered chicken lasagna and chicken pizza, both were a bit sweet than its typical taste and it was taking a while for them to serve the non veg dishes. While the veg dishes such as loaded nachos, crispy chilli noodles, spaghetti penne pasta and two chocolate shakes were too good.<br/>There was a staff named Rakesh Bhaiya, he was too sweet to us. We were in Shimla for almost 4 days and we went to central thrice in that time span just because his behaviour towards us was too sweet and he took great care of us. We were a group of 10 people and looked out for all 10 of us.<br/>All in all it was a worthy 4/5."

"I visited to shimla with my friends last to last month so tried this outlet In Shimla, me and my friends were looking for a a good place for sit down dinner late in the night around 11.30 which is very late for shimla. All places were shut and someone suggested we try 1871. The place was inside a hotel and we were a bit unsure but so glad we went there. It was well done up, super comfortable, staff was really helpful and the food was excellent! We had a chicken curry, pulao and kathi roll. Was made exactly as spicy as we like it. Finger licking good! Cheers guys! Would love to come here again Highly recommended"

Urban dhaba is one such place in the green lush Shimla. The ambiance was perfect, the quality of food was good though it was self-service outlet still the prep time was less; that too at such a genuine price. The only thing that took away my mind was cold coffee..it was very bad...ruined the entire taste...still great place"
