"Had a lunch at Vida and their new lunch menu is very good. Reasonably priced and good variety. We could not fault the service either. Overall it was a very pleasant experience for us, so we will certainly be back again."

"Terrible staff and service. Unsanitary. Went to lunch on a not busy Monday 19/06/2023. Just two of us. Ignored at the front, staff could see us and took ages to take us to a table. When they eventually did so and sat us down before leaving and not coming back to take our order for half an hour. Other tables were seated, orders taken and served in that time. When staff did walk past we asked if we could please order and he shrugged us off before we explained how long we were waiting. He said Ok then . No apologies or even excuses. We sat and waited but even our drinks were not brought to us in 45 mins so we got up and simply left when we saw one member of staff put used silverware back in the pot on the table after rubbing at it with a finger nail. Disgusting, no wonder so many other reviews point to getting sick after eating here. The floor was also grubby with trampled rice. Nice touch that my shoes ate better than me. Will never return, put me off the restaurant chain in general, how vile."

"Have been coming to Get Chucked since it first opened back in it's first location. First time I went I said it was the best burger I've ever had but unfortunately it has since gone down hill. This was probably my 5th or 6th time visiting and none of it was great really. Busy bank holiday with only one member of staff who was struggling (not her fault), long wait for orders to be taken, very long wait (with a toddler) for the food to arrive, another long wait for the table to be cleared and then another long wait to pay. I asked for my burger to be well done (don't like pink meat, personal preference) and they said this couldn't be done because they have to cook all the burgers at the same time... never heard that one before but okay. Chips were nice, husband enjoyed his burger but it had things missing from it that were meant to be on it and the bread on my burger was so burnt it just tasted like burnt cheese on toast. Wasn't worth saying anything because we didn't really have the time to wait for it to be resolved after already being there over an hour. Like I said, always loved and supported this place but it's really gone downhill and I can't see us returning."

"I went here with a friend for what we thought would be a nice midweek catch up meal and despite the food tasting nice I really regretted it hours after eating! I had ordered sweetcorn cakes and then tofu pad thai, what I thought were very safe dishes. However, within 6 hours I had quite an upset stomach and couldn't leave the toilet! I had only eaten a cheese sandwich at lunch and therefore know it must be this food. It begs the question what an earth is the hygiene like in the kitchen for vegetarian food to have poisoned me! Avoid if you don't want to get ill!"
