"This is the most HORRIBLE PLACE EVER!!!!! I wish i there was an option to give negative stars!! WORST customer service i have EVER encountered!! I have placed 2 orders with them and BOTH were HORRIBLE! 1st time, order was placed, said to arrive in 45 mins. Only to arrive almost 2 hrs after said time. Come to find out they didn't even open up the establishment on time. Did we receive a courtesy phone call letting us know it would be late? NO!! Not even an apology after US calling to find out where the food was. We decided to try them again, and this time was even worse!! Not only was the food late AGAIN. But the order had specified NO ONIONS (as i am allergic to them). Apparently onions are cooked in with the meat. Yet again, no courtesy phone call to let us know. When i called to the establishment the lady answers and says "UGH, WHAT DO YOU WANT?".... I was hoping she was speaking to someone in front of her but NO, She was talking to ME. I explained the...
