"Disgusting disrespectful bullying service. Worst customer experience of my life. After attempts at dining here (only once previous being successful) we were sat down and given menus, after a minute the person we assume to be the manager must have recognised us from turning us away previously, began to give sarcastic remarks telling us we'd have to convince him to cook for us' after previously leaving a review they did not wholly agree with on tripadvisor. He then proceeded to inform us he had no intention of serving us anyway because of it. It seems he just wanted to sit us down to argue at us. Upon deciding to leave due to the uncomfortable atmosphere that had been created by himself, he became very confrontational with my girlfriend. I must add that the previous review did not comment on the quality of food or the waiting service but their opening times (or lack there of) all comments were based on fact. I would have expected to have been shown better service and a little bit of respect towards paying customers such as our selves, whom of which have regularly traveled from miles away just to eat there. May I just point out we've never been turned away due to lack of seats, rather them not being bothered to open. On more that one occasion we have rang before hand to confirm opening times. During this confrontation he then tried to blame us saying we should have booked first, during no point of any phone conversation or on the web site were we encouraged or asked to make a specific booking. How do they expect to run a successful business when they constantly turn away paying customers and speak to them in such a condescending, confrontational manor? I too work in a busy public service job and if I were to speak to any one of my customers the way we were spoken to I'd be looking for a new job and expectably so. I urge anyone visiting to steer clear as you'll either most likely be turned away or treated with a complete lack of respect."
