"I ordered by uber eats. I ordered a custom bowl with adobehuh, extrahuh, shredded salat, fajita vegetables mais salsa, tortilla strips, kalkreis, queso and cilantro. the extra huh that was placed on my bowl was old and clear from the bottom of the pan. I can only describe it as chicken crumbs and some of the chicken crumbs are crispy. the portion of the shredded salad is so small that I can count the salat. there are 6 pieces of shredder salad. 6. When I called and began to explain the situation to the manager politely, I was filled with impatience and annoying. when I explained the situation, the manager constantly interrupted me. until I seriously asked to interrupt. When I finally managed to get all the information from the manager, the manager told me I had to get a refund from uber eats. I explained I don't want a refund. I want my food to be made and replaced with better quality. then the manager said, so do they want a refund and replace her eating? . I told him again that I don't want a refund, I want my food to be replaced. And when the manager took my information, he repeated the information back to me in a decreasing ton with clear annoying. I enjoy eating qdoba's and will probably eat it again. but not from this place and not soon. I have been working for more than a decade in the food and service industry and fully understand the challenges of the circumvention with customer complaints and therefore I always speak with respect and understanding when I need to inform a coworker about a confused order or bad quality of food. this manager must be moved in customer service. he is obviously on his last stray and not able to deliver good customer service. I am very disappointed with the quality of food and customer service with this location. Many thanks for having taken the time to read this, and I hope they have a good day. edit: I also want to tell them that I will not replace my meal anymore. so please remove my information from the list. I'm following a refund of uber eats."

"Not quite sure that every chain location needs a separate check, but here it is! This place has very friendly staff and I never had a problem with cross-contamination, which is not the case in some places where I was. So far I haven't seen any cheese in the Guac, etc. Of course, the parking lot is terrible here for Trader Joes. The staff were very friendly to me and they often do fundraisers."

"As described by others. A great place to relax and enjoy some vegan food while working on the laptop. Plug-ins available. Not big bike access in this area, but at least you can drive here without worrying about the parking lot in downtown. Breakfast Burrito was a treat with tofu, vegan bacon and Chipotle Cashew cream. It was big too! A little dry, but would have been absolutely perfect if they contain some salsa and vegan sour cream on the side. They also had desserts including a few $4 vegan cookies that do not look like $4 worth, so I skipped them this time. I'm glad I stopped here. Boise has become so much more friendly than when I moved to the area 10 years ago. Really cool to see these places appear. And it was busy!! Updated by previous rating on 2022 10 23"

"Delicious food and great dine in experience! I love the indoor outdoor feel. We technically sat inside with water mist to help combat the hot weather just outside of the non-existent wall separating the inside from outside. The wings are a must try! I kid you not, these are fall off the bone wings. I've been to other restaurants that advertise fall off the bone meat and this one literally delivers. We take one bite and the rest of the meat comes clean off the bone. On one of the wings, the meat fell off when my husband picked it up off the plate. The chipotle bbq sauce was finger licking good! We also got the chimi flank and cod and chips. The flank steak was cooked exactly as we asked and it's hard to choose whether the sauce or mashed potatoes were better; both so yummy. The cod tasted fresh and flaked so nicely. I highly recommend getting it with the slaw."
