"Place was filthy period. None of the tables were wiped down trash all over the floor it was disgusting. No salsa in the bar area and when I asked they told me they were out. The kids that worked on this Sunday afternoon had no people skills at all especially the one at the cash draw. Not sure if this place is run by an adult but it sure doesn't look that way for sure. This will be my last time visiting this place. No one wants to eat in a filthy place. There was even a family next to me that I felt sorry for because they had to sit at a very dirty table and using napkins to wipe down the table before they sat down which is what I had to do as well. This place should not be this nasty.?"

"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.... This visit to Chipotle was my first and last time going!!! They was out of brown rice and attempted to scrape the bottom of the pan to fix my order I had to tell them I didn't want that and I'll prefer to wait. I waited several minutes for the rice to be done. After waiting she barely put enough rice to cover the bottom. All of the meat appeared as if it had been sitting there since yesterday. The meat was dried and clumped together and they still tried to serve it. Again I had to tell her I didn't want it and choose to go with the best looking meat available. They peppers and onions were literally stuck to the pan and again she reached over to serve them. I asked could she get some fresh but the lady with the purple hair told her I couldn't get any from the fresh ones prepared because they were for a call in order. The queso was cold and tasted pasty. Something told me I should've went to MOE'S instead."

"Teach your employees the difference between a bowl, cup, side of queso!! When I ask for a CUP of queso, I don't expect to get home only to find this tiny little SIDE of queso!! And I'm not sure when y'all decided to start giving people a bag of chips with like 10 chips in it, but this is absolute BS!! I guess it's time to start going back to actual Mexican restaurants to get proper service."

"They were really busy tonight 1/26/22, but eating is always tasty and the service was always top notch. good the money in my opinion, so I recommend it to anyone who lives here or goes through the city."

"I waited 8 minutes to even be acknowledged in the drive thru just to be told, “You have to pay at the first window. You’ll have to get to the back of the line.” I go back through, twenty minutes later, and had to pay full price! No apologies or anything.” POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
