"Tropical Smoothie has great smoothies and food. They have plenty of flavors for smoothies! I think my favorites are Sunrise Sunset, Beach Bum, and the Chia Banana Boost with strawberries. I like that you can add multivitamins and vitamin b-12 in your smoothies too. I was online ordering when I realized I could not substitute the chicken in my Pesto sandwich for the vegan chicken. I know that the option exists here which is why I was so excited to order here with my coworker however, you cannot select an option to sub the chicken for vegan chicken. I called the shop and asked if I placed the order and called back, that they 'd know which one to put the vegan chicken in and they said yes! I put mine has No Chicken and my coworker got a regular one. We were so busy at work that by the time I finally had a moment to call back, the smoothies and food had already arrived, sans vegan chicken in the pesto sandwich. Yeah its my fault I was swamped at work and couldn 't get away to call back but this could have all been avoided if Tropical Smoothie Cafe would simply add vegan chicken as an option instead of the only options being regular chicken or no chicken. I hope that they will fix this issue as more and more people are becoming vegetarian, vegan, and plant-based friendly every day."

"This particular Panera always goes overb with how much sauce they put on the sandwiches. You dont need to drench both the top and bottom pieces of bread in the sauces. By the time they get delivered, the bread is falling apart"

"You can tell a lot about a device how they treat their mistakes. This Panera RARELY makes a mistake on my order, but today they have it. I ordered a coffee-death and pumpkin muffins for quick pickup, and when I arrived 15 minutes after the order, I was told that they were not aware of the order for the coffee-death and it would take them 15 minutes to prepare the dead (which I did not have). The manager was very apologetic and refunded a full refund. When I asked if I should give up another order so that I could pay for the muffins and the 2 cups of coffee I planned to go with instead, the manager said "of course not! That was our mistake.” and I went with free coffee and muffins. If you go to any Panera in Richmond, this is definitely the best. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, the orders are usually exactly what I asked and they treat mistakes gracious. They are not always perfect, but they obviously strive for it."

"Try the gumbo or tortilla suppe. the reason why this place beats the pants from chipotle or moe’s is that they have large menu options next to only burritos and tacos. I also like the taste better overall, also for the same reason burrito. this place was always good when I go, but not especially different from any other qdoba."

"For the first time here, super pleased there was no fight to find a park! I have a spot right in front, this is rare for Carytown restaurants. It was a beautiful sunny but not hot day, so we sat outside and enjoyed our food, the only drawback was an annoying fly that floats... annoying! The food was good, I got the Vietnamese bowl, $10, it had marinated garlic ginger mushrooms, cubed cucumber, fresh herbs, roasted sesame seeds and a mixture of fast carrots, onion, red cabbage and diacon radishes. With our vegan basil aioli, peanut sauce and fresh avocado. The taste of avocado mixed in top it off! A bunch of flavors! I tried a drink too, Mint Lime Tee. It was good, In not sure where the coin was in it, but it was good anyway. My picky teenager asked for macaroni and cheese, she is not too adventurous. It looked like the cheese had melted and had just been poured. She liked the taste, so everything was good. A great experience. I'm going back"

"Ordered 1 extra large pizza to be delivered at work around 1 PM. My tracker online said 31-41 minutes. The pizza did not show up until 2 which I excused because it was the first day of snow. We have an office dog so I met the driver outside of the building which he insisted that he come inside, weird, but whatever. So I made sure the dog was put up. He would not hand me the pizza or show it to me until he handed me a balled up receipt and said ?you can add a tip here? seriously? So I had a $4.56 tip for my 1 pizza. He hands me the box and I open it to find the extra garlic sauce that I paid for had exploded in its entirety and had gone through the box which was all over my hands. I told the driver that the sauce has exploded and he quickly slammed the door behind him and left. The only reason that I?m giving it 2 stars is because the pizza tasted good and was made to order, but somethings gotta give with that customer service. I will be calling their store asking for a refund. Update: So I just called Papa Johns and am changing my review from 2 to 3 stars. Management was apologetic and very understanding. I am not one to complain so naturally, I felt the need to apologize for even calling. But they refunded me in full and said they already knew which driver I was talking about before I even gave them my order information. Seems like they just have an employee that needs some training in customer service. Most important though is that they made it right."

"An orientation in Richmond Marriott and lunch was on our own. She was looking for a place nearby and stumbled on Richmond at Broad Cafe. Your Turkey Pastrami Reuben and Vegetable Soup were great! I'm back! Great service, friendly atmosphere, excellent food."
