"Great Service Delicious Food!. I go to Super Cream every time Im in Brownsville, great service and they are always polite, willing to help and explain how every meal is served. Good thing they have is they offer Mexican chips with salsa even before you order, so you can start savouring the delicious mexican food they serve. Personal Favorite Tortas de la Barda, big, tasty and worthy. Desserts are great, they serve some kind of mini pie called tartaleta , no need to take a slice out of a pie, this thing is baked specially for one serving. Really like this place and the mexican food combined with the in house bakery."

"What a jewel of a real Mexican restaurant of Emy's place. We drove the street looking for a place where the color of the establishment caught my eye, so we stopped. I thought the prices were a bit high, but after eating and let me tell you that the amount of food and taste made for the bill. Another thing to share was that their flour and corn tortillas are made some very large. While we ate our late lunch, an older woman played guitar and sang to those in the restaurant."

"When your in the mood for fresh seafood, you must try Coctelería El Amigo. I absolutely love the ceviche and recently tried the octopus with oysters. Yum! When we are in town, we try to call ahead because there are days that the restaurant runs out of fresh seafood due to a high volume of orders. So, we make sure we reserve our order. The staff is always friendly and always accommodating to its patrons. Daniel owns this gem of a place and it's obvious his success comes from his shining example of excellence in food and service. Be sure to put this on your list of places to try!"

"Yummy mom and pop restaurant in brownsville. great service and fresh seafood. I love the chipotle cream fish. also got the fish relleno, but not like a traditional filled poblano, but still good. when we set ourselves, they served us chips and salsa (excellent) and some delicious broth."

"Good restaurant, very friendly and attentive staff. Quality of food was good. The Wisconsin Fried Cheese Curds, Bread and Chips and homemade Queso and Salsa never disappointed. I have to admit that the New Orleans Pasta sauce had no taste. The chicken and the sausage were perfectly seasoned. Lemon pepper chicken dish was spicy and had a hearty part."

"This experience was from a month or two. It was a good experience that it was on weekends and was super packed. The service was somewhat slower than usual, but the waiter was nice and attentive. The food was good, my only complaint, and some might think it's nit picking. I just didn't like the fake flour tortillas for my shrimp tacos everything else was delicious. Wifey and I ordered the loaded boneless wings and baby girl had a personal size pizza with fries. The wings were delicious and perfect for any kind of playday or movie night."
