"Consistent good food. We just moved out of the area, but when we lived here it was our favorite regular restaurant. One of our sons still lives here so we eat at El Chico’s when we visit. The chips and salsa is good. I always ordered the beef fajitas. My wife tries different things on the menu and is always happy with her meal. We always ask for Felipe as our servers. We are not the only ones so he gets busy, but he is like a friend to us and his service is great."

"Everything was decent. I was pretty upset about the old lime they put on my drink. (Picture below) That just shows carelessness. The margaritas were VERY strong, definitely give you more bang for your buck. The food was underwhelming. Tamale meat wasflavorless and tasted gross. Rice beans and salsa were all standard. Quesadilla was good, but it is difficult to mess that up.Overall expensive prices for large portions of OK food with strong drinks. Would recommend for getting day drunk on chips salsaand margs but that's it."

"Went there for my Birthday dinner on Friday! It was very lovely. Hadn 't been here to eat since 2014 at this location. The comida was stellar throughout the meal from appetizer to main course. Wonderful appetizer selection too. And happily they still let you order the brisket enchiladas, which I did order even though they are no longer offered on the new menu. Staff is very attentive my waiter Armando was so sweet handsome too. My 2nd cocktail beverage, the spicy jalapeño lime margarita (and I ordered the exact same drink twice) tasted different from the 1st one. It wasn 't as strong. Tasted watered down and was missing the lime and jalapeño slice from the 1st one. The staff surprised me my husband all came out to sing Happy Birthday to me w/ a delicious Sopapilla w/ honey/butter a lit candle. Enjoyed Very much!"

"My boyfriend and I decided to try this place for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised. The tacos were amazing and I got the breakfast burrito that was delicious. They also had a bar in the restaurant. Highly recommend trying this place"
