"Accidentally Vegan Friendly<br>
I have eaten here for over a decade as a vegetarian but had not as a vegan. When I did I found the food is consistently good and omnivore visitors with us enjoyed their meals, too. 99% of the time I get take away. Staff is always friendly and cheerful. You will not find a better bargain with generous portions and reasonable/low prices. Don’t come here for atmosphere-basic surroundings, adequate seating but no ambiance.<br>
I had called ahead and verified their beans contain no animal products. When I arrived I asked to look at the wrapper the flour tortillas come in and verified they contained no animal products. I then ordered my usual bean burrito, “no carne”, no cheese, no sour cream but veggies are ok. The cashier then, like they always do, to make sure I am happy with my order, asks me if rice is ok, tomato, lettuce, cilantro etc. Like 90 seconds later I was walking out with a custom made steaming hot bean burrito that is good for me for 2 meals. I love this place!!!"

"I always get the cachete quesadilla when I go here. It's my go to. Prices are very reasonable. It's definitely a good value place. Sometimes when ordering there are language issues. It helps if you speak Spanish. Just tried the nachos. When I saw the yellow nacho cheese I had hesitation, but almost every chip was pretty well covered and there was plenty of toppings. I really like their red salsa. Their green one is ok too. The horchata here is a sweeter more slick version."

"Fantastic food! Erick is super friendly. All of his enchiladas, tamales, sauces and guacamole are delicious. We absolutely love the flour tortilla chips. They are the best we've ever had.His place is not a sit down restaurant. We buy the tamales and enchiladas frozen and warm them in the microwave. They are amazing!"

"I really like the rotisserie chicken beans! Very delicious. My one complaint is that they are cash only. They do have an ATM but it wasn't working when we went in so then we had to leave, find an ATM come back. If we hadn't been ordering for the entire family, we probably would've gone somewhere else."

Firstly, I called the restaurant after we left this establishment to see if the manager would explain the confusion, he did not have time to talk after holding for a good ten minutes. We chose this restaurant based on the name, as we have an excellent local restaurant with the same name, thinking it was the same. We were seated, ordered drinks, as well did our two children. When our waitress returned with the drinks, she took our orders starting with the kids. They both ordered from the kids menu, think it was a quesadilla for one and chicken fingers for the other. "Came to lunch with a friend because of the reviews I read that it was compared with linas or alberados.
