"This is fish and chips, served in a nice sit down restaurant. A fantastic piece of cod, firm and flaky, with a delightful crispy batter. And the chips? Delicious crisp and hot and a beautiful texture. But what I liked was the tartar sauce, thick and chunky and served in a ramekin, along with ketchup.
