"We've ordered the same menu from here many times, but the last two occasions have disappointed us. Lemon Chicken is sliced SO thinly that it's dried up in the batter and is almost inedible. Yesterday's Singapore Noodles were much spicier than usual, making them far too hot for our taste. An addition to our normal menu yesterday was 6 crispy dimsum, that were so overcooked that the filling was as hard as a marble with about the same amount of flavour. We had already decided to give Wok Express a miss in future, but I also discovered this morning that there were two additional charges to my credit card of 50p each, apart from the correct charge for the meal. Check what you're being charged for!!! I've emailed the company to enquire why I've been charged two additional amounts and will be opening up a dispute about this with my credit card company unless Wok Express choose to refund me immediately."

"Visited BarBQ Tonight for dinner. We were a party of 6. We ordered 2 platters, as a starter, and a nihari and a chicken karahi for mains. The platters were quite nice, though the lamb chops left a lot to be desired. The mains were brought to the table 2 minutes after the platters so it was a rush to clear the starters before the mains got cold. Service was ok, except that the only member of staff available kept disappearing into the kitchen."
