"We hadn't been there for a while by chance we were invited. We spent an excellent evening on quality and service, the waitress was avenging throughout the meal. However remains a flat but it is general on the city prices are high to compare with other tourist sites or cannes damage."

"We were craving for perch fillet, so we decided to go to l'Eridan for its nice location by the canal. Even though we ordered the "filet de perche meunière," which means that they were cooked in butter, giving the fillets more taste, they served us standard fried fillets. We were overall disappointed by our experience at l'Eridan. The service and staff however, were nice and very caring."

"We visited here twice last year and the food and service was lovely. So of course we decided to visit when in Annecy this year. The food was ok, the service by a tall man with a beard was lovely. The more mature lady however was not. She stands watching your every move making you feel quite uncomfortable. When we asked for the bill it had 3 items on it that we didn't have. We questioned the bill and the more mature lady brought it back and said that she had taken 1 of the items off.... we told her there was also another 2 items we didn't have, and after obviously doubting us returned quite some time later with the right bill and stood there while we sorted our money out! Now I know mistakes can happen but the table behind us also questioned their bill... the only other table in there!! So although the food was ok we will not be returning next time we visit!"

"I stumbled upon this place when I was doing my laundry right next door. The staff is really friendly and helped me order with my limited French (and they speak pretty good English . I got the Doner Wrap meal (I think they called it a Gallette? but it came with froes and a drink for 8 Euro. You can’t beat that and I was stuffed. Great place for good food fast and inexpensive. I highly recommend it."

"First, my rating doesn 't consider the food, which I haven 't had the opportunity to taste. My rating considers the very sad lack of professionalism and problem-solving shown by the staff. We called the day before and booked a table. We arrived and we were greeted,... you don 't have a reservation, do you? (It looks like even a simple Bonsoir is not used anymore). Then I told them I had booked and shown them the call I made the day before. The staff started blaming a colleague which was not present that mistakenly put our reservation on a different date, briefly telling us it doesn 't matter if we had reserved, they won 't accept us in any case (it was only 20:30 and we were two). They didn 't even try to find any solution to their mistake, they barely said sorry, quickly send us off with a sarcastic Come back tomorrow . I am not rating the menu, but I think a future customer must know you have the chance to be treated like a dog, and the consideration they have of clients (you are just any day facture). I 'm not blaming the mistake (we all make them), but the way the staff has dealt with that and talked to us, that is just millions of kilometers away from any kind of professionalism."

"We ordered three pizzas and drinks on Sunday evening, nice to get out of the still blazing sun under a canopy. We were seated immediately by a young attentive waiter. We waited less than 10 minutes before our food arrived and we loved it. Our new waiter (possibly the owner's son as he looked like him) was very friendly. Plenty of staff were on hand at all times. A slightly odd request I know but I collect coffee cups and asked a waitress if it was possible to buy one after finishing our coffees. Sadly, she said it was not possible. Maybe it was a more unusual request than I had thought. No complaints here about food or service. We thought the pizzas were perfect. We will return on our next visit to Annecy."

"I've already been there many times, everything was fine. It's been twice that since the change of cook, the chicken is not cooked enough (it remains rosé inside, the chorizo is too cooked it was dry and hard). Moreover, as I waited at the bar, the cook was out smoking, and I was able to see the fat everywhere (on the crate, on the bottles of the bar. not very clean) as well as the kitchen didn't clean and the waiter made the missing fries without apron, with his server clothes as the cook had to be out smoking or phone. It's less serious than before. Too bad I won't go back"
