"Got a munchy box there for take away, asked if I could get extra chicken balls instead of ribs and they told me no they couldn't change that whitch is bad service because they definitely could do that. Every piece of meat i got was at least 50% fat and everything was re heated over cooked to bits, the chips were cold dry, hard, re heated and over cooked too and the whole thing was actually cold when I ate it. Its was really hard and unenjoyable to eat and more expensive than their competitors. Horrible experience."

"I placed my order take away , 2 Big Mac meals with coke and no ice , 1 big tasty with bacon burger and Tao apple pies and waited over 25 minutes while I watched the staff laugh and joke about behind in the cooking area one staff member was drinking coffee My order came up in the screen to be collected and then disappeared, I waited again and my no 61 order never appeared again … so I approached the till area and was ignored , eventually I got to ask a employee what had happened to my order and she said they were waiting on fries ….. I thought this a little strange as other customers were getting their meals with fries . Over at the packing area I noticed a bag that wasn’t under a heat lamp … yes that was my bag which had been sitting getting cold all this time . My bag wad dumped on the counter and 61 was announced … so up I go and look in the bag , it was short one Big Mac . Before I left I asked to speak to a manager and no I will not be going back again … all the food was cold and the bacon in the Big Tasty wasn’t cooked properly."

Gents toilet abs stinking of stale urine and a long time since it had even a mop shown to it. Would not have had a coffee or food in the cafe had I visited the bathroom first.
