"We did not have a good experience at all! Although the restaurant itself is very nice. We made reservations and they didn’t have a table for us when we arrived and we had to wait about 10 mins. The server made us feel like an inconvenience to her. Service was very slow. We had to ask for bread and my glass sat empty for quite a while. She didn’t check on us after we got our food. My fiancé said his ribs were really good. I ordered the sirloin steak and it was awful. It was very tough and it seemed like it was cut wrong. The baked potato was very hard and overdone. The Caesar salad was okay but I can’t see myself going back."

"Quick Anniversary lunch. Our server was phenomenal. We were in a bit of a hurry had to get the kids off the bus but wanted to get a quick lunch date for the anniversary in. I had the Baha shrimp bowl. It was amazing. Our server was on top of everything. Thank you for making my afternoon great!!"

"First and Last time I'll order at Panera. Could be this location but the experience was bad enough that I'll never spend my own money at this franchise again. I've had Panera catered at work before and it was good so I thought why not. Did a curbside pickup order and the order was 15+ minutes late. Went inside to get help but was all but ignored by the staff at the counter and the pickup window. Came back outside and someone was aimless wondering outside trying to find me. Brought my food home and found a sandwich that looked like it was put together by a 5 year old. See pictures. Never again."

"Overpriced and rough. I'm just coming if I have a good idea. I have the reward program. but there are not enough points for a free sandwich. they used precooked, processed meat and are salty. not big and the oil they have is good, but it drips everywhere. it's so creepy to eat. Last time I ordered a sandwich there, I asked that the speck is extra crispy. Hate rubber bacon and they seemed to hate me for it. it was an inconvenience, and they do extra work. do not put young people, they hate to do actual work and are lazy, rude. they don't earn a job if they don't do the work."

"After seeing Facebook posts about a recent assault that happened here, I decided to give it a try. The food was cold and could tell the servers didn 't like working there. Apparently the new owner is a problem. Going back to the assault on one of their employees, the owner is not helping out and calling the employees wife a 'h°e ' their baby girl a rat.The Facebook movement is approaching the boycott era. Eat at your own risk."

"Haven't been here in awhile and decided to stop in for a lunch and order our favorites the Italian and A Wreck Sandwiches. Love the perfectly toasted bun that is just thick enough to hold everything together without being heavy. Veggies are sliced super thin and that keeps them from sliding out. Like the pickle planks idea for the same reason. Great combination of meats including Capicola and Mortadella! The Jalapeno Giardiniera complements the sandwich without overwhelming with heat. Manager even stopped by to ask how everything was. Great customer service! Will definitely swing in more often! Place has a great nostalgic ambiance. Used to see musicians there once in awhile."

"I have bought doughnuts here at least 4 times now and they have all been great! The fritters are fantastic! Ultra crispy with a solid sugar glaze that hasn't liquified. Rivals the 3 Girls Bakery in Pike Street Market in Seattle for my favorite apple fritters! He also sells strawberry ones! If you know doughnuts, they are usually made early in the morning, so going later in the day means low selection. This cafe has at least 20 different kinds, so I think the reviews saying low variety must be going later in the day when it has been picked over. My daughter loves the frosted with rainbow sprinkles vanilla, chocolate and a strawberry glaze, which isn't just pink vanilla! There is also a great red velvet cake doughnut, as well as a fantastic sour cream old fashioned. There is a lighter eggy Kruller too! Love that he has the custard filled, as well as the kreme frostings. And several jelly filled. The price is right, and there are coupons on each dozen box for buy 12, get 6. Haven't tried the other food yet. I am just excited to find a local doughnut shop that makes great doughnuts!"
