"The food tasted good here but, the ketchup on the tables was spoiled. We tried a few. The restaurant was cluttered/piled up and dirty. Dirty tables everywhere not being cleaned by employees that were just standing around. The trash bin looked impossible to clean and was covered in crusty old bits of food. Portions are small for the price compared to other places. They want and encourage you to tip but they give you NO service. They are stingy with their napkins as if they don't know they are serving bbq. They need to clean the place up, they need to throw out those reusable ketchup bottles that they arent washing, and spring for some decent ketchup. Ketchup is cheap, get the good stuff. Stop asking for tips OR provide service. We decided to not go back when we were wanting ribs the other day just to avoid that terrible ketchup. 4 stars for the food and the young man at the register taking our order was very nice."

"I rate 5 stars and my husband rates 4 so I don't understand the negative reviews. Food was made fresh, it took about 15 minutes and the food tastes good. My husband is beyond picky and said the slaw maybe needed a bit more sugar and mayo but he makes his homemade so something he is used to. Slaw wasn't bitter by any means. Hot dogs were fresh and yummy. They didn't skimp on servings of toppings. They forgot my husband's relish but no biggie.Place is better then the Kingsport hot dog joint and my 5 year old asks to go back. He ate every bite. Customer service while they weren't super friendly, were about average in my opinion. I went back to buy chips but no one came to the register but they were busy and only had a few workers. All in all I would return again especially since my picky son liked it so much."

"Another place that has lost the concept of what it takes to run a successful business. Poor service and absolutely no quality control. When ordering to go, don?t expect your order to be correct or even resembling what you expected. Sometimes it?s hot, sometimes it?s cold when you get it. And don?t even expect that anyone on staff will care. Don?t buy the family meal deal. It?s anything but a meal and not enough to feed four people, especially when it?s cold by the time you get it. One tiny cup of salsa and two bags of chips on what planet is this even a proper ratio? When bringing this to the attention of ?management?, don?t expect anything more than rolled eyes and an attitude. General managers and owners need to be concerned about how their staff is treating customers because this place is starting to get a reputation in the community."

"Food was amazing! The portion sizes were also great. The only downside was the wait and gentleman that worked the drive thru wasn't very helpful. He wasn't rude or anything, just busy. Also they advertise that it's Japanese and Mexican cuisine on the signs outside, but it is only Japanese ."

"Very spacious and clean. The chips and salsa were ok, not great. The chips tasted like they were from a bag and not made there. The salsa was ok. Ordered the Pineapple Fajita. It's served in a Pineapple half. The steak and vegetables were delicious and married with the Pineapple chunks very well. The Pineapple was so fresh and full of flavor. The refried beans were so bland, I'd pass on them. Sweet tea was good too. Staff was very inviting and polite. My wife saidthe restrooms were clean. Pretty good and will go back for more."
