"This is the sort of bar/restaurant that you can sit down with a drink and watch the people as they walk around the City. The plan was just to have 2 Blanche beers and then leave. However, after arriving at 11:30 we noticed how busy it was getting with locals tourists. We then decided to order lunch, which was a main salad meal. My other half had salad of pate, sliced ham, dried sausage salad and chips. I had auvergne salad which was local cheese, fried lardons and salad. Both meals came with bread. The food was good but basic. Don't except pure rustic French food. However, the owner, a Chinese chap was really, really nice. Try to spend some time talking to him as he is really friendly. We ended getting a free digestive drink : a Verveine du Puy, which is a local alcoholic beverage. Recommend the place to sit and watch the world or have a spot of lunch."

"What a shade of a restaurant, from the street it looks beautiful in the environment and decoration. the young male waiter who served us was friendly and accommodating with the language barrier, he was a pleasure. the food was nice and good. if they are looking for a good restaurant in le puy, which is cheap, do not look further."
