"Popped in to get some lunch whilst looking at soft furnishings and to order my Mothers bathroom suite. We received a warm welcome and was served quickly as there were only 2 other girls in the cafe who had finished their meal. Ordered at 12.30pm, two tables came in after us and were served their drinks. At 1.10pm I asked if our food and drinks were nearly ready as I had to be in Lisburn for 2.30pm. The server said it was “Up next” and pointed to a docket in the kitchen before coming to our table and saying “Yours is up next, a wee chicken Caesar salad and steak wrap?” I informed her that wasn’t our order and we had ordered a fry and baked potato with a Diet Coke and a tea. We waited until 1.15pm before walking out starving. It was obvious that our docket had not been submitted to the chef in the kitchen and had been forgotten about as the server had not even managed to bring us a can of Diet Coke and a cup of tea in the 45 minutes we waited. Baffled by this given we were the first order with only two other small tables coming in after us! Really disappointing."
