"Our lobster roll, (purchased at the end of the day) was very good, but not great and there is lots of competition out there for great lobster rolls in N.S. The bun was only ok. They said they were baked fresh daily but it did not seem very fresh. It should be toasted on the cut sides. The lobster filling was very good but needed some lemon added to freshen it up. A lemon wedge came with the roll but that just adds to a soggy bun if used. The lemon juice should be in the lobster filling. The filling did have nice flavour from spring onion. Some fresh dill and parsley would perk up the flavour as well. As others have said $15 plus tax is too much for a roll, no side of any kind and no napkin, no seat to eat it. At least put some good potato chips on the side and give a napkin! I do not know if the food truck has other food offerings besides the lobster rolls. Kudos to the owner and staff for a great idea, it will be lots of fun at events and a welcome addition to the dining scene on the South Shore. I am sure the ladies will refine it and be very successful. Way to go!"
