"Made the mistake of stopping in for a beer and growler fill up. my tactical error...bringing a clear growler. was informed they could not fill it as clear growlers damage the beer. I understand that if left to light or not consumed quickly...but it was 8pm on a Friday night and would never see the light of day. it was a shame as we had a good time when here before, there are plenty of choices in the area and this seems a wee bit uptight and snobbish. Hey I appreciate the standards, but that just means it is not for me."

"Finally, there is an ice cream in the region saratoga Springs/Clifton park, which offers top of the line, quality breakfast and deli lunch item. the people in memory lane have certainly filled an empty in the eating in/take them restaurant business in this area. I have always said that if someone were wise enough to offer the public top quality deli sandwiches, salads and breakfast specialties that they would clean up great time. of what I saw, the people in memory lane read mine. I have eaten four times in this facility, twice each for lunch and breakfast. I want to be the first to tell the world, they never had a omelet until they had a owner, linda 's fantastic omeletts. not only the presentation image is perfect, but the taste is to die. it came served with toast and perfectly crafted, in-house, just as I like it. my second breakfast was on the curse, so it was breakfast sandwiches and coffee. once again I left her scenic little facility with my bubbling smile. at a distance was the speck, egg and cheese sandwich on a soft grilled hard roll to the best I have ever eaten, and I had many over the years. the memory lane specially mixed coffee was rich, with a sturdy taste. not too strong and not too weak. since I stopped at breakfast, I traveled to everyone at work, as well as friends and family. I just had to try her lunch. to achieve this, it required to play hookey from the work. hopefully my workman did not read that. the memory lane specialty sandwiches are to die. I've tried two so far. the malibu is a concoction of cut brattruthen, Russian dressing, Swiss cheese, speck, homemade cole lawn, served on the brot of their choice that I chose Multi-Gras. this wonderful sandwich came with the best potato salad I've eaten since my mother died! my second day trip, which I order through the office, I was introduced into the corvette, which is a mixture of roast beef, speck, Cheddar cheese, salat, tomate and a creamy horse sauce that was 't too hot, but had exactly the right amount of kick to supplement the sandwich ingredients. this time I had a difficult time between the house made kartoffel chips and makkaroni salat. I chose the very unique and tasteful chips that are made directly in the memory lane kitchen. the restaurant is a step back in the time, decorated with large posters of antique and classic cars, and models thereof attached to any flat surface. the station to fill and fasten their coffee is no other than a sears workmate bench as they would see in an autoshop. a wonderfully unique idea to emphasize thema. the restaurant is led by two partners, linda, the creative guru in the kitchen and another lady I had the opportunity to talk to. these two seem to stumble on the perfect recipe for success. my advice to everyone is that they bud their taste at this place now, before the whole world finds out about it and they won 't in the position to get close! as arnold variancer in the terminator movie said: I will be back!"
