"I just arrived in Medicine Hat for a long work stay, and this was my first stop on my restaurant hunt, and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere and decor is lovely, not too high end, but warm and inviting. I sat in the lounge...as I was solo dining and it was just as nice in there. The service was attentive and friendly, you can tell the manager (sandy? is a favourite and makes everyone feel at home. I had the Alberta sirloin entree-medium rare. The steak was cooked closer to rare with a cooler red centre, but I prefer it that way anyways. The sun-dried tomato herb butter on top was to die for. The potatoes were so cheesy and delicious as well. I recommend the gold Cadillac margarita if you’re looking for a good cocktail as well. Lots of friendly people and a fun local dining experience, I’ll be back for sure!"

"This place is very dated and average in its decor, but that has little to do with the food quality of a restaurant. The food was ok, nothing special. There is not much you can do with fish and chips, and this place does a decent job of it. Fish tacos were good and there were other items on the menu that we obviously did not get to. The service was abrupt and not the most inviting. They did rectify an issue we had very quickly and apologized. If you want standard fish and chips, this is as good as it likely gets."

"Moxies went above and beyond for our big family New Years dinner, offering a special as well as reasonably priced dishes. Everyone had delicious food, my blackened mahi-mahi was incredible. And the service was outstanding! All the servers wore the same dress but in different...colors, so festive."

"Food was okay, some liked others didn't, quite small portions as well. Big problem is manager did not give any discount for pick up even though we didn't take up space in restaurant, with water and table service. Did you know Skip the Dishes and other delivery groups get a +30% discount off menu items so 10-15% seems reasonable for picking up yourself. I won't go back."

"Ok so I have visited here previously . I even spoke to the owner last time telling here to open her eyes , as she is ruining her business. The food was oful this time last time it was great. The fish is put on the plate in a huge puddle of oil ( grease ) . The service is top notch crap . U wait 25 minutes for a refill of water as she plays on her laptop. Lol. This place only takes $ . The devit machine is not working but she has an atm inside which charges u an ititional 2.50 to use it . Saturday night and I was the only person in the restaurant for over 1 hour then 3 more people came . Manager said I'll be with u soon and sat their playing on her laptop. Please save ur money and support a local business which wants to be open . If this restaurant has any chance of staying open it needs new owners the food sucks and the service does too . Slow slow slow and greasy . Rude service"

"Dropped by for a quick supper I had the fried chicken sandwich, it was pretty good. My wife had the Yorkshire Pudding wrap which was excellent, the shaved beef was very tasty and taken over the top by the wrap which somehow had all...the flavor of a Yorkshire Pudding. No idea how they managed to do that!"

"Everything was hot and fresh. Served up quickly too by a server who was friendly and has a smile. The service was quick and efficient. They have a clear menu, nice fresh photos of all dishes. Breakfast through supper options. This was our first visit to Ricky’s and yes I’d definitely visit it again."

"We tried the burger and fry special, really delicious! Great quality burger patty and fresh fluffy bun. Fries are fresh cut in house daily, some of the best fries I've ever had. Service was personable and friendly."
