"For the first time around the brunch time. it is a small, picturesque restaurant with lots of parking. we were immediately greeted by a very friendly server (my apologies, her name apologises me) sawed and handed. we ordered breakfast sandwiches and they were made to perfection. the speck in my speck, egg and cheese was a standout, crispy and quite tasteful, freshly cooked together with the egg and cheese. the coffee was freshly brewed and didn't have that I had tasted all morning in the pot that I experienced elsewhere. the owners steve and theny imagined and we felt very welcome. the white owl is one must and we will return to lunch and dinner."

"Normally we would go to a different Mexican restaurant in town, but they were closed, reportedly with building-related electrical issues. While we had some decidedly mediocre take-out last year from this place, we decided to give them another chance. As we ordered (6:30pm on a Tuesday), we find out that they are out of avocado, and hence guacamole. This would be an important omen, although we didn 't pick up on it at the time. No worries, we thought. After what should have been a simple two meals with no special orders, we figured we would be eating in fifteen minutes or so. There were 4 tables seated, and only one double ordered ahead of us. Forty-five minutes after ordering, we were told food would be out soon . An hour after ordering, we were told food would be out soon . Soon did not arrive in time and we left, never to return."

"This literally happened 5 minutes ago. I order from this place enough times to know that the food is great, however the customer service was horrendous this morning. I cant tell if this lady woke up on the wrong side of the bed or what. Yesterday I had ordered food on their online 3rd party delivery service, there is no button for water so I added a note saying that I needed a large bottle of water. I never expect anything for free and most places will just add it on to the bill. They did give it to me for free and that was nice of them. Now this morning, same thing. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese as well and an order of mac salad and a bacon egg and cheese with water. I got my food and it was a roll with cream cheese, and no Mac salad. I gave them a call and said I'd agree to calling it even for the Mac salad but can we take the roll with cream cheese off because that was completely not what I wanted at all. She refused to take it off because of the water she gave me yesterday. If there was any dispute about the water from yesterday she should've absolutely taken it up with me yesterday. I never would've had a problem with paying for it but don't mess up my order and think that's your ticket out of it. Also don't be absolutely rude about it when it's your fault that you didn't call me to let me know that 1. You didn't have bagels and 2. Clear up payment for the water bottle. I've been a waitress for 10 years, I know customer service and what I received this morning was the complete opposite of a good one, let alone anything near smart."

"Orders and Mocha Frape, and a vanilla latte. Delicious. While we waited for the drinks, we took pictures with the Mothman booth and we made some funny faces. The ladies were nice and helpful and the bakery items looked delicious!"
