"We were in the area and wanted a good milkshake. There were a few others but decided to go here. Man, when I tell you this is the BEST milkshake me and my family have ever had I mean it. "8/3/2022 was at the Purceville pub this evening. Bartender named Luren was friendly and helpful with the menu. Their special tonight was seafood linguine in a red sauce. Sounded good but I like the freshness of shrimp and mussels in a garlicky broth and evoo sauce. Lauren went to the kitchen and had them make it exactly as I wanted it. Have to say was as good and fresh as anything I have ever eaten in the Purceville area. Great portion, shrimp, mussels with fresh garlic, evoo and broth. Dish was 4 stars. Value and service was great. Even gave me garlic bread and extra sauce . Thanks to Lauren for going to extra mile. A really great dish and great service."

"I live on site and rely on just a few vegan options to eat. Chipotle is one of my favorites, but this place seriously can NOT be together. It is often creepy with garbage everywhere and it always seems as if it run by teenagers who do not really care about the customer (not all, but definitely majority. We had literally started driving to Leesburg because there were so many bad experiences! I wanted to try again. Big mistake. Once again the salad was brown and my tacos were subpar. I guess I'm back to get out of my way for a decent experience."

"Biked to Purcellville from Alexandria and this is the perfect place to fuel up for the ride back! Great sandwiches at great prices along with a varied selection of drinks and chips. Free water available as well.If you happen to forget a lock like me, the bike rack in front allows you to keep an eye on your bike while eating. Or get your sandwich to go and sit on some of the benches at the W&OD trailhead."
