"Horrible service, staff wearing plain clothes and seemed to have no training or knowledge of there menu food was literally fed to our dog!Half the components of our burgers where missing wrong sauces used and our chips soggy.Very disapointing overall and also quiet expensive for a fast food outlet"

"First time I've tried fish n chips from this store and now it's my favourite place! I got the barra family pack with coleslaw and it was the best fish n chips I've eaten. The fish n calamari rings were fresh and the beer battered chips were light, crispy and fluffy inside. I loved it! The staff were very friendly and service was quick too depending on the time of course. Do yourself a favour and try this and help support local businesses."

"We called in looking for a quick bite before continuing our journey nearing the end of lunch service. They had obviously been fairly busy, as many tables needing clearing & there was only one staff member on to do this & serve at counter. On saying this we were promptly served & found a clean table. Our meals did take a little longer that expected, about 30 minutes, no one was waiting for meals when we arrived but more did come shortly after. My husband opted for the 400g steak & I the ribs, both served with Chips & salad. They were delicious although the salad needed some additional dressing as a little dry. Plenty of off street and on street parking available. Bathrooms were clean. Also offers outside dining."

"I've had oysters all over the world and at some notable seafood restaurants like Doyles at Watson's Bay, in Sydney, but I have never had oysters served freshly shucked, with the "lid" of the oysters still attached to the oyster! They were served cold and without a doubt, the best oysters I have ever had. We were having lunch so we selected the Pig 'N' Whistle Burger and the Pulled Pork Roll. Both were terrific. The staff were really friendly and very professional. The beer is well chilled and the Sauv Blanc on tap, a NZ Marlborough, is also served cold; it's a pity the glasses aren't also kept cold as it takes the edge off the wine a little quicker than if the glasses are cold. We will definitely be back for a dinner meal as the menu is extensive and some of the choices need sampling!"
