"I would like to leave a review of Los Arcos, but I am unable since we never got our food.We arrived at the restaurant and were immediately seated, the waitress took our order a few minutes later. We then waited almost 45 minutes without receiving our food while four other tables that arrived after us placed their orders, receive their food, finish their meals, receive the checks, paid, and left! Two times the waitress came to our table and we asked about the delay. The last time she said it's being cooked now and would take another 10 minutes. Why wasn't it cooked 45 minutes prior when we placed our order? We left and it will probably never come back."

"Extremely tired after 11 hours drive and stay in the hotel next door. I just wanted to eat something and I didn't care what it was. this was the best surprise of my week long 2600mi trip. it was a little late when I arrived. the service was great, even if it approached at the end of its day. eating was fantastic! eating presentation was beautiful. the flavors have occurred. If I'm ever back in the opposite, I'd make a point to go back."

"Has been a while since I have there, decided to go back. Well that won't happen again, we were a party of 7. We got sat right away, but was ignored for 15 mins. No chips, no salsa and no water...they acted like we weren't even there. Won't be going back...ever...there are better Mexican restaurants with better service."

"A hidden gem in Santa Paula. I was recommended this amazing spot buy a local friend. The location is sort of hidden in an industrial park. I came here for lunch and the menu was robust to say the least. In addition there was also a variety of daily specials. I opted for the Turkey club with onion rings with a side salad. But the decision was not an easy one. The portions were large and everything tasted great. The onion rings were perfectly crisp with amazing flavor. The sandwich was equally delicious. And the side salad was actually made with quality spring mix instead of the standard iceberg lettuce. Overall a fantastic local spot serving up some quality food. The service was great!"

"The food was great, the carne asada is delicious and the shrimp fajitas are excellent! My favorite thing was that there was guacamole in their salsa bar, you don't see that often. The only bummer was that we went on kareoke night which is incredibly loud and i had a raging headache. The people singing were having fun though and it wasn't their fault my head hurt. All in all a good experience and id definitely go back."
