"Good pacific island/kiwi food here, fair prices and taste good. Sometimes the customer service isn't that welcoming or friendly and they are very slow at responding to Facebook PM enquiries. Pies are good they do not make them but almost like the bakery pies found in NZ."

"Had a meal about a couple of weeks age here the food was terrific and the service is wonderful the staff here are wonderful and a very nice atmosphere everything we had was fresh and beautiful and we will come again."

"They seem competent. I'd give 4 stars, but the deep fried scallops were slightly overcooked. They were hot but slightly too hard, but the scallops were delicious. I had some elsewhere and they were slightly rubbery. These weren't. I'd have no problem recommending them. At this point, it's too much to expect a bag to carry the paper bag stuffed with steaming hot scallops in...also, after reading other reviews here, the fish n chip shops around Sunshine, etc are quite poor and in the worst places. Don't EVER go to Goodfellas. They are worthless and don't care."

"Wouldn’t recommend working for the Indian managers IF they’re still there. Applied to work here via Indeed in 2022 spoke with the Indian woman (which i won’t say her name that’s decency in itself so you should thank me), and she got me a different job since i had similar work experience there. It was good at the start, however I start to notice they cheat their employees; 1) Upon getting our pay, i would notice a couple of hours taken off/not considered, therefore missing the earned dollars I’ve worked for and this wasn’t the first time. Their excuse? “was busy”, “didn’t see it” etc. 2) They would favour employees over others which is highly unprofessional. Had asked half the staff from my current job to come over and work at Red Rooster was told to “not tell anyone”; so half the staff LEFT!!! 3) Berates staff, told a staff member that she’s useless. 4) Felt like they have favourites, especially the Indian woman. I remember myself and another staff member was in the presence of our old boss, and ONLY conversed with her. Overall, I would highly recommend for teenagers or young adolescents to steer clear from working at Red Rooster because of the managers. Unless you LIKE getting cheated, then by all means go ahead."

"Took Mum out early for Mothers Day Lunch and movie and so randomly dropped in to Mambo's. For elderly people the menu is quite hard to read. The print is very small and lighting dim. Table was stable but the polished concrete floor makes that terrible chair scrape noise. Food was good and waiters attentive."

"Fantastic boys had the peppercorn burger and it was beautiful reminded me of the burgers Mustafa in Perth ave use to make and i rated him the best burgers in the west . The fish was perfect and a great size most fish shop give you a pissy bit of fish but mine was huge .keep up the good work Gazza Dicko, Lapo."
