"The staff obviously enjoy their job as they were upbeat, smiling and friendly. Great capannina pizza and pastas. As a bonus the chips with the fish were super crispy. Pick ip time was 10 mins off target but the food made up for it. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–20"

"I’ll start by saying that the manager didn’t charge for my meal and threw in a dessert to share because of our terrible experience. Unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the bad service. My husband I ordered our meals. After about 20 minutes a waitperson brought out some sides after another 20 minutes my husbands meal was brought out (the sides were cold by this time). I had ordered fish of the day. I asked a total of three different staff if they could follow up where my meal is not one of them came back to give me an update. Eventually my husband went to the bar where he was served by the manager he advised that he’d finished his meal a good half an hour ago and I didn’t have mine. She then followed up but overall a poor service experience and the food was average."

"Tried a friday lunch here and the bar just didn't have any vibe. staff were slow anda bit disinterested. the beer was cold and the wine list adequate. fish and chips were good. the steaks at the next table looked good. looking forward to trying a friday night with a bigger crowd and experience the live music"

"We stopped in here for lunch as we had heard good things about the food. Our table ordered together (7 people ) the first person received and ate their meal before anyone else was served. Then they totally forgot two meals, we had to go and ask meanwhile the rest of the table had eaten had their plates cleared. No one seemed to care about the missing meals and they continued bringing meals out to other tables . About 20 mins after we complained they came out with all the receipts and made us feel like we were being accused of lying about the meals. We finally got the meals and a free drink but can safely say we will never be going back. Customer service needs to improve."
