"Great location opposite the river. The service was fast. The Cheeseburger was decent that my husband got. But I was very disappointed at my Francesinha. She gravy kind of stuff on it was so thin and tasteless. So don't let this place be...where You try your first or you will be disappointed."

"We visited the restaurant at the Norte Shopping Centre, as it was near our hotel. We have to say that the meat was very good, so we had to come back several times. It happened that the meat was a bit overcooked, but still... very delicious. As far as the side is concerned, the salad has not been seasoned at all, as they call French fries is actually some chips, but the sauce they serve with it is very good, special mention for the vegetables cooked in the oven, they were very good! Anyway, thank you for saving us when we didn't know where to eat at 11:00."

"The restauerant was empty when we passed it, but we decided to try it anyway. We had their Dom Luis cod special which did not dissapoint us. It was a well balanced dish with a perfectly cooked cod. Dessert was a very standard crema leite and a sub standard pudding. Worth a visit."

"Having been entertained superbly for lunch, we were not exactly hungry, so, having studied the menu offer, decided that we did not need a desert and took a started and main course. When it came to the bill, we noticed that we had been charged for two menus. Having challenged this,the waiter came back and said that it was cheaper to take two menus, because then the bread, butter and water would not be charged. What wonderful service! How often would you find a restaurant actually saving the customer money rather than charging every cent? By the way, the food was superb and the wine list was extensive and the price was good too! The only sad note was that the restaurant was nearly empty."

"We joked this is the Bubba Gump of Cod. They have Cod many different ways. We visited this restaurant after an afternoon of tasting Port. The Cod au gratin was very good. Cod and chips was also very good. Service was great for our large...party of 12. The location on the Douro River offers amazing views. The wine list is adequate. Price was very reasonable."
