"Use this cafe as a meeting place for friends with small children because of the Lotterywest playground. Had breakfast here on 4 occasions over the last 12 months. The whole experience from service, food, coffee, ambience is pretty average and it is only the fact that it is a good place for small kids that I return."

"Every so often I like to ditch my sophisticated high brow palate and turn ghetto with say some hot chips. Or fries. Pommes frites even. For this dalliance with the dark side go no further than Jesters the pie people. Their pies are tha bomb too, their donuts so-so but their CHIPS be the crispy best. I like them with gravy Armadale store pull your socks up make gravy happen like the other outlets, menu clearly promises GRAVY. Don't kid yourself they're good for you or look special but all I'm reviewing here is taste. <br"

"Gone downhill. This place used to be great value when it was called Plimms' or something like that but those owners sold, and the new Colin St Kitchen is very overpriced. A medium sized baguette cost and it wasn't particularly full of fillings or gourmet. You can go next door and get a tastier one for Colin St Kitchen now has a very limited choice, no creative fillings and is too expensive! The owners seem lovely but I don't know how they'll survive if they keep going as they are currently..."

"A buzzing cafe in west perth. Saw many beers being served on a Friday lunch. I was told it is filled from the bottom of the glass which minimise the bubbles. Fast speed and less bubbles!<br>

We order the lunch menu fish and chips, pouched eggs on sourdough and Caesar salad. They ran out of wild mushroom dish that day so we'll have to come back.<br>

Meals was prepare very fresh and delicious. Price was just right. Give it a try and judge for yourself. Worth at least a try."
