"Looks like a business that could not take care of its customers less. found a long hair against the end of my meal felt immediately sick knowing I had just eaten with a strange hair in it. I've been thinking to a coworker where her first answer was that you're sweating, like I'm sneaking around this kind of stuff. she quickly realized what she had said and apologized, took it back to the kitchen and that was the end. there was no sequence from the upper administration, no answer other than that. I am embarrassed in their name that they react to such a situation. in any case, need to improve their customer service and food quality there is better place for a pub feed, not to waste their money here."

"We have always loved tinos! However we got it last week as it’s my son’s favourite and all three pizza were really dry and burnt. I did call up and let them know and they kindly gave us one free pizza on the house. Went back tonight and again the pizzas were really dry! : wings were still really good but unfortunately we won’t be going back again which is a shame as used to be our weekly favourite! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 5"
