"We've kept up because we knew it was overcrowded. when we arrived, however, we found that they did not take reservations when there is an event in the conventioner. the hostess told us we had to wait 30 minutes. we waited for over 45 while several tables were left empty. we finally convinced them to share,us up (party of 5.) we have sat and waited another 15 minutes before they wait. our waitress was very nice. but it took forever until our food arrived. It was pretty good. all in all, very disappointed and will not return and, not the availability on open table post if they do not want to honor it. we would be better to know just before the time to mcdonalds!"

"We went for dinner during the restaurant week. Food choice on the menu was awesome. Enjoyed the asparagus and crab soup and for entree had the crab cakes with vegetables. Dessert key lime pie was yummy. Great service and enjoyed the delicious food. I would definitely visit this restaurant ."

"Strawberry Shortcake!!! Triangle cake is amazing. And also dollar Danes daily?! What? Dear Minos. Especially AC! This is actually the retail location for their main bakery in Pleasantville, but this is our bakery in AC. Look at the delicacies of her Strawberry Shortcake... It is what they are best known, but I also give high praise for their chocolate mousse cakes and Oreo overload cakes... which all make the perfect birthday cake... or even a wedding cake if you like that. I would also like to thank Google for making Strawberry Shortcake the most respected/standard image for Minos and in this case I would like to ask Minos to give us a free cake! joke/not joke/but seriously free cake please! Your LOVE Cookies are among the most beautiful. We like to think of Minos as the unofficial sponsor of Now Forever for Absecon Island and all."

"All the soup bread and salad are amazing the salad portion was huge and was a very good house salad however the steak is slightly disappointing it does not even have a flavor on it not even a hint of salt I think it might be ours that got mess up but I don't know since that's the first time there and we saw all the other food other table ordered they all looked delicious I would have to say overall just the steak everything else was amazing"

"Pretty good! It came here for a celebrity dinner with 9 other people. We had a reservation, but we had to wait a little while. Our waiter was also very nice and answered our questions patiently. I couldn't try everything on the table, but the garlic and oil pasta is always fantastic here! They also had great cocktails. But my favorite part was the chocolate tortoise. Holy cow! We ordered this? Titanic? Dessert, this came with a bunch of stuff loaded on the chocolate cake (which I think you can order separately. Maybe. I expected dry chocolate cake. But it was all. It was creamy and rich, almost like oneganache. Definitely for the chocolate lovers out there!! Based on this alone I recommend Carmine?s? But the overall experience was beautiful. We have dined very late so that we could not complain that they run out of bread or espresso sauces. And honestly, because it is a family restaurant, the price per person came to a very reasonable amount. A duck, for example, is usually divided between 3 people and could cost around $36. You might have a very nice affordable meal here if you come with a group! Definitely recommend. My only complaint was that the bathroom was so far away. It?s on the first floor, on the back, on the hall and right. If you are on the second floor, you have a bit of a trek to get there. Only one FYI for those with mobility problems you want to choose for the first floor dining area!"

"We went for restaurant week. We normally go to a steak house but wanted to try out seafood. The stuffed shrimp were small and only got 3 of them. The crab stuffing was ok. Not as good as the crab cakes that Phillips is known for. I'm going to stick to my steak house for restaurant week. I never have been disappointed in a meal there."

"When they say a panoramic view of the sea, they mean a panoramic view of the sea! the atmosphere of this restaurant was amazing, the staff was very friendly and accumic, and eating was incredible! we arrived early for our reservation, so the hostess gave us a nice table next to the window. we made sure that we always had water; our server, jd, was so friendly! the lookout was absolutely fantastic and our food was delicious! they must check this place absolutely when in atlantic city!"
