"An excellent introduction to the city. We decided to do this for the interest of travelling on lovely vintage trams but what made it really worthwhile was the great commentary from the drivers. There were three different trams running and each driver had different stories to tell about the city, even when travelling along the same sections. This made it worthwhile travelling with them all, as well as getting to see each of the trams as they are all different. Not cheap at $35 for a day but definitely worth it"

"I was looking for a place to catch with a buddy I haven't seen since before the kovid. I would eat here years ago as vego and take a punt that there is still good and there are breakfast options now I am vegan. the menu is not extensive, but I found a really nice option in the bons that perfectly cooked and served beautiful and hot. Together with the decent Kiwi coffee and a nice start, I made myself happy as."

"What a fabulous location with a menu to die for! Loads of options for all your dietary needs lovely service from all staff! Fast service despite being very busy made a drink for my friend that was not on the menu a ‘London fog’. I enjoyed my long black with cream (no extra charge for the cream) so much I forgot to snap a photo but check out the cabinet selection! I’ll be back to try the food my friend had a pasta salad that was creamy delicious they have fresh salads every day! Winning!"

"That is our favorite restaurant curator's house restaurant. Of course, the paella here is as delicious as always, with lots of seafood, the cooking temperature is exactly right, the squid is refreshing, the garnel is delicate, the mush and muddle are delicious. Moreover, the atmosphere here is very good, the staff is beautiful, the setting is friendly, and the restaurant is very comfortable. the fee is a bit high, but no matter where it is, the price for fresh seafood and saffron will not be cheap."

"Food was Divine, we had the flat iron steak paired with one of the many amazing sauces on offer. At only $24 a pop it was value for money. Unlike the other steaks, the flat iron is only available in med-rare, which is fine for me, but The Mrs only likes well done steaks (a sin I know) and she was raving about it. Genuinely an amazing feed! Super friendly waitress helped the Mrs make the final choice of the pairing sauce."

"I feel bad for being the only low star review for Strawberry Fare. My friend and I came here for dinner services. Honestly I think its dinner that was really bad because everyone seems to come here for desserts and brunch. This was what we ordered: Kikorangi Blue Cheese Plate Salmon Ceviche Braised Lamb Pappardelle Tropical Coconut Freeze All the dishes lack in flavor, especially the Pappardelle. Watered down sauce, with no flavors, and the pasta was not good. The lamb was so tough and it shouldn't be because it was braised. As for the ceviche, they give you a lot but its does not look like the normal ceviche you would get anywhere else, just gross. We did like the Tropical Coconut Freeze. It was our only dinner in Christchurch and it was disappointing. Also, service was super slow even when the restaurant was not packed. I just don't understand the high reviews."

"Have been there 3 times now, sausage rolls have been really dry 3 times chicken rolls the roll tasted frozen or at least a day old could only eat the two chicken pieces as the roll was just wet and tasteless, have had this 3 times always same. Quite pricey for the quality of goods."
