"This place is like my Cheers. A resto where everyone knows my name. Staff knows where I prefer to be seated, gives me iced tea without me asking and shows and recommends the specials of the day. I love it here. Good food, fantastic bread, polite and efficient service. They change menu quarterly so there's always something new to look forward to.

adventurousmg.wordpress.com"

"I love the ambiance of the place. It really corresponds to their name "Likha Diwa", especially when you eat there before 12 noon, where the place is quiet and one can mull things over the smell of freshly fallen leaves (because there's a lot of plants, shrubs of some sort). I just love the place. Another thing, there are pictures of rock formations in the restaurant. It kind of brings out the geologist in me. :3

About the food: I tried their vegetarian palabok for my 1st visit. I really liked palabok even as a kid so I was delighted to try it. Their palabok didn't turn me down. Serving size wasn't skimpy as well. For my next visit, I tried their veg moussaka partly because it sounded so exotic hehe! I love it! It was really soft and food was served very warm. I really like how I can recognize the eggplant, potatoes and the chickpeas very well. It was creamy but not heavy.

Their Veg Caldereta is quite spicy, not the ordinary caldereta. I can taste the different spices and the olives! The veg tuna steak used in it was okay though it reminds me of meatloaf. And oh, their vegan chocolate cake!! I super love it. It reminds me of my tita's chocolate cake. It has the chewy goodness. The more I come back to try their other dishes, the more I fall in love with the place :3"

"One of the places we regularly go to for delicious home-cooked meals. Must try are the following : Crispy Tilapia, Bistek Tagalog, Mongolian Beef, Army Navy sandwich, and Dinuguan. For dessert, the chocolate cake is a winner. I don't really like choco cake but this is an exemption as it's really good.

adventurousmg.wordpress.com"

"I've been visiting this gastropub since I tried it. Its really my type of bar, not that so expensive, the food was great specially their oyster kilawin and kare kare. I do suggest that you order their kilawin with a bottle of cerveza Negra served with lemon slices. It divine, perfect for a "chillax night""

"If it's fancy fried chicken you're after, then Nono's might just be the laid back, brunch date or afternoon delight place in the North. We tried their home style chicken sliders (good for 2!) and it was very tasty. I thought it would be like fastfood chicken, but it definitely wasn't.

Also a must try would be the cheese wanton with truffle oil (next to the cookie skillet). One ain't enough!"
