"Sweet bread was old and had some hardening was vary disappointed. Now I remember why I stopped going to this place . It would be nice not to have to drive all the way road 68 after a long day at work but if you want good quality sweet bread it's worth it"

"At first Tina is very accommodating and patient. My sisters and I visited West Washington, and I emailed Tina a million questions. She helped me find out what she offered, so we could put in a big order before we went there. She had the order ready for us and even threw in a bunch of free stuff. The children loved the cupcakes and gobbed them as soon as possible. My sisters loved the brownies and cream brulee bar, and I really enjoyed the lemon pound cake bar. The handpis are very large and are packed with filling, but the taste and texture of the crust is missing a bit. Unfortunately, it seems like many of the articles Tina sells only halfway to hit the nail on the head. Many of their articles are too cracky and need a little more salt to really push them over the edge. The cherry cake filling has a very strong almond extract flavor that is from the plaster and the crust needs more snap on it. It is very soft instead of the traditional Flakey Pier Crust texture. I heated the cake and put some glaze on it and that helped him a little. All cookies are also very crisp, thick and dry. I was super excited to try the cherry chocolate chip cookie, but it literally tasted like nothing if you didn't bite into a chocolate chip. You wouldn't know it was just to taste cherries. The Einog snickerdoodle cookie tasted as if it had no salt at all. It was super thick and dry and was pretty hard to swallow. The handpis are the best I tried, although the crust could be better. They never find gluten-free handpis that are large and with so much filling, so I am so excited that we have found them even if they need a bit tweaking. Overall, this is not the best gluten-free food I have ever tried, but it is definitely not the worst."
