"We ordered apple pies that came stone cold. My partner approached the counter and the staff member wearing airpods and sunglasses indoors completely ignored him for 5 minutes. My partner had to announce himself multiple times before a staff member finally acknowledged him and microwaved our pies. All staff extremely disinterested and some of the worst customer experience we've had so far"

"Hunny brisket was fantastic!!! So much flavor, just the right combo. Nutella peanut butter croissant, who knew these flavors could marry so well in a flaky croissant. And finally, the tea!!! Excellent, both boba peach green iced and creamy caramel roibos!! Can't wait to return."

"KC's is located on Biscayne Blvd. adjacent to the big 11900 Biscayne Blvd building. Placards direct you to it's walkway or you might miss it. It is it's sixth year at this location, so business must be good, and as a first-timer myself, I can see why. They have a lot of vegan friendly dishes, and keep the meats at chicken, fish, and turkey breast. You will be greated and personally served by Chef Dominique, a very engaging person that you can tell is passionate about what he does. The food came out in a very reasonable time and was excellent. If you love Banana Bread, ask the Chef to put it aside for you because it goes fast. Prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is pleasant. Meal plans are also available. Be sure to check it out!"

"The way I was just treated was so rude. I was sitting at the order counter, wanting to order and they skipped me twice and then told me the counter and kitchen was closed. Absolutely horrible customer service. I'm beyond disappointed. This is the worst experience I've had with a place. NEVER coming back. My whole party of 9 is boycotting this place. I hope I get the opportunity to treat you so poorly."

"I don't want to. it is the largest kosher bakery in florida, if you want a brunch type place, this is the place. I come here all the time. they are always packed, but the service is great and I have never problem or loose my patient."
