"I was here Thursday evening on the way back to the hotel after work. I thought Subway would be a nice treat, I asked for a foot long Pizziola meal, picked crisps and a drink. I asked for tomato, gherkins and chipotle sauce. Paid by card, got my food and went back to the hotel only to find out there was no sauce or veg on it, Sub went into the bin, I was also charged for all items separately, instead of the meal deal.
